    Front door

    I want to say the 2 guys that installed my door did an amazing job, very professional, and very friendly. They called before coming and cleaned up everything. Thanks guys for the install , great job

    Bedroom Windows

    The two windows that were changed were originally 17” and the new windows are 36”. The installers were great. They cut out the drywall and the siding perfectly. They also created new dolls that look fantastic. The windows looks great. I still need to clean the windows to ensure no problems but they look great. Thank you

    Front door replacement.

    I was impressed with the sales gentleman and the installation men Larry and Craig. However the office staff didn't get back to me in a timely manner. I called 4 times and left three messages without a response. It took 5 days from my first message for them to return my call.

    Patio door +3 windows

    Larry and Curtis were very easy to work with. The install had some challenges but overall fantastic, clean and looks great. They kept me in the loop throughout the day which I appreciated. The company itself had a few hick ups as far as getting the proper door to the site and required parts to finish the job. It will take three visits rather than one to complete everything.

    Window Door

    Installers very professional able to solve problems on the run .Would get the Team back again to do more work. In conversation very knowledgeable in what the Team was doing . Thanks , Dan Shanahan

    Window replacement

    I previously had windows installed by your company & was very happy with the product & service. I just had another 7 windows installed & requested the original installers (Paul & Matt) because they did such a fantastic job - great guys! The sales rep Ghazal was also great to deal with & was very helpful. Hoping to have some doors replaced in the near future and will look forward to dealing with the Northern Comfort team again.     Window installation

    Replaced all windows in our home. Older cottage so install was tricky. The installers were wonderful and very professional. They took their time and made sure we were happy with each window. We feel we got good value for our money. We would use this company again.

    Installers Larry and Curtis were very personable, friendly and efficient.

    From Barry in Sales to the Installer’s Larry and Curtis it was a very good experience. The windows were on time with delivery as well as the installation. The windows are great and my neighbours are always complimenting me on them . Just wish they were a little cheaper! Lol Thanks again, Melanie Cole

    3 part window panes the wrong size

    We replaced large 3 panel windows. The middle pane was large with 2 small wing panes. We specifically said that we put new blinds on the year before (cost thousands) and want the window panes to be the same size so we could use the blinds. Northern first came with 9 windows that were the wrong size. 2 weeks later, they came back with windows that fit the opening, but the large 3 panel windows had panels all the same size. I suggested 2 options to Northern - 1. replace the windows with ones that had the same size panels that we had before 2. I'll price out the blinds (probably around $2000) and deduct it from the invoice balance and pay that much. Northern offered $200 for the blinds. I said no, and they said they would send my bill off to a collection agency. Nice Northern. These are definitely not the windows we ordered and I have a contract that says the original blinds would be reinstalled by Northern even. STAY AWAY FROM NORTHERN. YOU'LL GET A WINDOW YOU DIDn't WANT AND THEY WILL STILL BILL YOU FOR IT.

As we try to accommodate requests for blinds to be reinstalled, we will always certainly try; however windows are made to fit your home, whereas blinds are made to fit windows. When windows are replaced in a different configuration from a previous window style i.e. converting from a bay to a flat window, or altering the style; this cannot be accommodated despite our best efforts.     New windows and patio door

    This house was added on to several years ago and the original house does not have same size windows. The installers, Andrew, Rob and Brady were able to work these problems out and get the installation done although some of the windows were not measured right and had to be rebuilt. The 3 windows were rebuilt and installed within 14 days
