    Replace carpet on my stairs with wood flooring

    Todd did a great job on my stairs. They look really good and there are no sounds when I walk on them. He was very helpful and easy to talk to, took the time to answere all the questions I asked. He cleaned up and removed all construction waste. The job was done in a timely manner, Todd was always on time.

    Installed 1500 sq ft

    I hired Todd to install approx 1500 sq. ft of prefinished hardwood flooring in new construction. He was professional, on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. The floor looks great and Todd is easy to deal with and will answer any questions or return quickly if there are problems. I would definitely recommend him for hardwood installation on any project.

    Hardwood Flooring

    In September 2009, my wife and I hired Todd Cannings of Masterpiece Hardwood Flooring Ltd to install oak hardwood flooring on the main floor of our house and stairs. Todd did an excellent job at a great price. Nearly two years later, the flooring still looks great! Other people have complained about their cracks between the hardwood boards. Our flooring does not have this problem, as Todd did a professional job. I would highly recommend Todd Cannings. Contact me if you would like to see my floor for yourself. Since Alberta is such a dry climate, people can get gapping in the winter and this is normal. A good humidifier running is helpful in keeping the floor looking great for years. Thanks again, Todd

    Hardwood flooring install, renovation

    I have now hired Todd for two homes that i have renovated and would work with no other hardwood installer. He is very effective at booking in my preferred time and arrives every day on time. He keeps the time line he quotes and his work is perfect. I will definitely use his company again. He is a nice man that really does keep his word.

    Hardwood Install

    I've just completed a full renovation being my own General Contractor. I called Masterpiece Hardwood Flooring Ltd. for a quote. I found Todd to be prompt, polite and very respectful. He was onsight at the time he specified, worked hard all day and got the job done on time. His overall cost was very reasonable, his workmanship is exceptional, and I truly feel I received excellent value for my money. If the opportunity presents itself again, I will hire Todd again to install the hardwood floor. I will recommend him to anyone. Thanks Todd!

    hardwood flooring on main floor

    Todd did two floor installs for us and we have been so pleased with Todd himself and with his workmanship. He is a very honest man and to be trusted. He keeps his word and is honest if he is unable to do the job when you want. He doesn't lead you on. His workmanship is the best. It is a year now since he installed our second storey flooring and I love it! We get nothing but compliments on his workmanship. We would definitely call Todd if we had any further work. He is a great man in our books!

    Installation of over 500 sq ft of hardwood

    Todd was on time, professional and completed the project faster than I had anticipated. He did an amazing job on the border around the hardwood and was very tidy and left no mess. I highly recommend Masterpiece Hardwood Flooring and hope to use them again!!

    Laminate in kitchen/dining

    I own some rental property and when I have a move-out I only have a small window of opportunity to get things done before new tenants move in. Todd was able to fit me in on a moment's notice and to do whatever it takes to get the job done ... and not just done, but done well. His rates are great and his workmanship is outstanding. The property was left clean and tidy and he did all his cutting outside. He is my go-to man for all my flooring installations. This is the second time I've used him and he gets top marks from me.

    installation of laminate flooring in living room, dining room, hall way and one bedroom

    We came in contact with Todd at the Home Show. Once we decided on the flooring, Todd came to measure for materials and to give us an estimate for installation. He was bang on with very little wasteage in material. His workmanship is excellent, the job that he did on the stairs was outstanding. Because all of the cutting was done outside, we had very little dust inside. We love our new floor and would definitely recommend Todd to anyone looking to have new flooring installed.

    Repair of Damaged Hardwood

    We had a small piece of hardwood that had been damaged and we needed fixed as we were listing our home. After getting quotes in excess of $1500 and multiple requests for a quote with no call back, my wife found Todd. He came over immediately to assess the situation, and told us that he could replace the hardwood (of which we still had a box unter the stairs.) His price for this - $250! We had Todd come over that week and were impressed with not only his workmanship, but his personality as well. I would recommend Todd in a heartbeat to anyone looking for what seems to be missing in Calgary - Exceptional Service at a Fair Price. Trent
