This is the first time I had dealt with QSI. After the horrible experience and expense I went through with another company, I did my research and carefully checked reviews. QSI company had exceptional reviews. Too good to be true so I asked around and spoke to people in our neighbourhood who had their window installed and their comments were consistent with the excellent reviews. The salesperson was professional and on time. He gave me a reasonable price and a very accurate timeline as to when the windows would be installed but they were installed before that. I was so impressed with staff that installed the windows. There were so many windows, they had to be at my house for two days. They were so polite and tidy I did not even notice them in the house. They cleaned up and even swept the floor and cleaned all the windows so they were sparking, then they left. I got a call from the area manager to see how things went and if there were any issues that need to be addressed. Six months later I was called again to see how my windows were and if I was still happy with their service. I don't expect this exceptional service from any company so I feel I had to write about it especially after been defrauded by another company before. I would use this company again and again! I have recommended them to two other people who also had a similar wonderful experience.

“Recently, we had our front double door entry to our house replaced with a single door with sidelights. Our entire experience beginning with the Showroom visit and right through to the actual installation was very satisfying. During the initial visit to the Showroom and follow up visit to our home, the sales representative took the time to explain all the possible features that needed to be considered before we made our final decision. Even after placing the order, a pre-installation representative visited our home to go over the details and measurements one more time to ensure the order accuracy. When the installers came, they explained the entire process to us so there were no surprises and then went about their work. The two gentlemen who did the installation were very courteous and professional in their manner, efficiently going about the task at hand without interruption. When their work was complete, they showed us the final result and wanted to be sure we were happy with the job done before they left. The entire door installation and exterior capping/siding work was well fitted and joints caulked neatly. The interior wood trim was joined well and nail holes filled in so all that was left for us to do was paint the interior wood trim. The surrounding wall areas did not need any paint touchups at all. QSI has not disappointed us in the three separate projects they have done to date for us. If you are interested in quality workmanship and product durability, we recommend QSI”.

Replace older leaking window in dining area and 2 original basement windows from 1962. Great job, worker arrived early and we're very neat, cleaned up all the mess. Tha know for a job well done

I am feeling a little guilty that I have not send this sooner. The installation of my 5 panel bow window by Carey and James was , in a word, AWESOME! They were amazing - they removed the old window, insulated and replaced the frame and sill AND left my house probably a little bit cleaner than when they found it - and all in less than 4 hours. Not to mention that they were both very nice guys!! We are all so quick to complain when things don't go the way we think they should, but I think that terrific service deserves even more recognition. I would recommend QSI and their installation services to anyone who asked. I love, love, love my new window and how it makes my house look. Thank you QSI!!!!! Cathie

We were very satisfied with the quality of the product, workmanship and cleanliness of the installation. We were suprised as how much more quite it is in the kitchen. We will be getting more windows from QSI in the future.

QSI did work at my grand parents house years ago. Had them do our upstairs windows. Great workmanship, quality and service. The new windows are much quieter since we do back on to a busy road. Also notice them to offer much better insulation. Highly recommend QSI to anyone.

We are completely satisfied with the installation, quality of the product (front door) and follow up service. We had a minor flaw in the glass and the service department promptly addressed the issue and replaced the glass insert. QSI gets top marks for standing by their products.

Just had two new windows installed. Competitive price but best part was attention to detail and cleanliness during installation. These guys are efficient and competent and the new windows look great! Well done. You've earned a repeat and loyal customer!

We had our original windows replaced in February. These guys were quick and friendly! What a difference the new window make with keeping the house comfortable. They did a beautiful job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone (-:
