    Flood and water damage in our house from last week Super storm Sandystorm

    Superstorm Sandy met and made sure does some damage to my house too , last week, Monday night due to very heavy rain!! my house was flooded as well. Wow, What a great , fast and professional Flood emergency services by FIVE STAR FLOOD EMERGENCY COMPANY. This was our first time to deal with flood and water damage in our house which was throughly a nightmare . We quickly got online and found and called Five Star Flood Emergency. Although they were very busy, Bob send some of his crews to our house as well until later that he came himself too. They were so quick in respond, and with a very calm voice, Bob asked me what to do until his crew came to our house. They took control over and managed the flood very well that It gave us very reassuring feeling. They cleaned up the flood and fixed the water damage in 4 days. They dealt with insurance company with no hastel for us. Thank you Bob and his crews for doing such an excellent job and very great services. Thank you for making our nightmare turn into adventure. Thank you Homestars to give us the opprotunity to write a review and feedback on on the services we get and read a review on services we need. We gladly with no regret recommend them to others.

    Flood and Water Damage clean ups and fixing it

    We have used Five Star Cleaning Rugs and Carpet cleaning services couple of times before but never got chance to write a review on their amazing services. Recently, we had some flooding issues in our basement and we called them to come and take careof it. As usuall they were so professional and great services, We are so glad that we have a company that we can trust and use their very nice cleaning services whenever we need. I do not want to repeat what I have seen others customers reviewed very nicely on their services. Thank you so much Bob and your great and efficient crew and helpers for doing such an excellent job for such a great cost. We definitely, recommend them to others .Keep up the great services please.

    Rugs cleaning

    Geart work, very honest and very professional job in cleaning couple of very delicated handmade rugs. I was a bit hesitant at first, but I trusted Five Star Rug cleaning based on their excellent reviews on rug cleaning services. I am so happy with the greatest value, result and services I got.     Carpet stretching, deep cleaning and stain removal in our new house

    Monire Z. , A happy customer and Very very good customer services from Bob and his company. We were very pleased with the great services we got in the Stretching, deep carpet cleaning, and stain removal of our newly bought and renovated house. Bob was very quick in rsponding and giving us a very good quote and the whole services that was going to be done. They did an amzing detailed efficient job. We finally are comfortable by letting our kids play on the carpets where is very clean, fresh and disinfected. We gladly suggest the FIVE STAR RUG AND CARPET CLEANING services and their very well respected staff to others.

    Resturant carpet and Upholstery cleaning

    Five Star Cleaning did a very professional job in cleaning our restaurant carpets and Upholstery. They were very flexible for working after hours to accomodate our business operating time. Our customers certainely noticed how clean our carpets, sofas and chair became. Very trusable, leaving all responsibilities of the restuarnt to them during the early morning hours. Due to their great job and customer servicess, in order to keep everything fresh and clean, we hired them to do the monthly cleaning. We highly recommnd them to other businesses as well.

    Two Rugs cleaning , disinfecting, deodrizing and Scotch Gaurding and repairing

    Five Star Rug and Carpet Cleaning was refered to me by my hairdresser who had used their great services. So, I called and talked to Bob. He gave me the estimate and made apptointment to come and pick them up. The pick up and delivery was free. the rugs were very dirty and stained, fringes were worn, rotted and pulled by my cats so many times, and the back strapping was torn, and needed re stitchthe strapping. I could not beleive myself when they dropp those rugs after clenaing. first of all, were very clean, shney, bright, the fringes and back starpping were very nicely repaired. I am very very happy with the greatest services I got. I already told my family and few of my friends ad co-oworkers about their amazing cleaning and customer services. they did what they promissed me to do. Many thanks to Bob and Sam, keep up the great services gentelmen.

    Deep carpet cleaning in 3 rooms and hallway in our office

    It feels great and re-assuring when you get a very nice services from a company that you can trust and worths. We called Five Star Cleaning comapny to do the deep carpet cleaning in our office for 3 bedrooms and hallway that had been renovated and needed a through professional cleaning. We were very happy with the job well done . Our carpets became very clean and bright, even our clients noticed the difference. Very nice people to deal with with an amazing customer services and cost. From now on, I have their business card on my desk, we will only call them if we need any of their cleaning services.     Flood and water emergency damage and clean up and fixing in my rented Condo.

    We used FIVE STAR FLOOD EMERGENCY and RESTORATION services recently and we were very happy with the great services we got. Our tennnat child left the water running from the sink, was dripping for few hours before they found out. They had already called Five Star Flood Emergency company, When I got there , the crew was already there working. Bob and his crews were very nice , respectful, trust-able and very professional with great customer services in EMERGENCY situation . I knew up front what to expect from the damage to cost and the services were going to be given. They tried to save as much as possible the tenant belongings and clean and dis infect them as well. They cleaned their carpets and rugs, change the under paths, and clean their sofas, plus deodorizing and disinfecting them as well. My tenant was very happy with the services and price as well.     Rugs Cleaning, Stain Removal

    Very quick customer respond to our inquiry for rug cleaning on their web site. They gave an estimate and we book them right away. Exceptional cleaning services on RUGS ,with very reasonable price. FREE PICK UP and DELIVERY, in 4 days we got our rugs back as they promissed. We are so glad with the cleaning result we got, looked great like a brand new rugs, and stains were all gone, although Bob said it is not 100% gaurantee for stain removal. Thank you Bob and Moe for your amazing services. We are definately recommend them to others. Many thanks.

    Flood in our basement

    Mrs. Quin from Richmondhill, Wow, What a great services in such an emergency situation!!! As soon as we found out about the flood in our basementwhich was there for few hours at least, while I was panicking what to do????? My husband was already on line and contacted Five Star Flood emergency , Bob responded right away. He explained in details what needs to be done. His crew was there about half an hour. We got the greatest customer service, crew were very courteous, professional and did fantastic job, We decided to write this review for thanking them for their very good services and also let others know as well.
