    flood and water damage in our basement

    I would lke to thank Homestars for their great site which make it easier to find the right company,or services. I get totally lost in Google with so many different choices with minimal or no reviews. We used Five Star flood emergencies to deal with the flood in our basement. They did a wonderful job in managing the water damages in few days . They took care of all the little details and fix it better than before. They were so proffesional and knoweldgable in their job. Very nice royal and hard working group of staff. We thank Bob by keeping us up to date for every little steps that invovled. I strongly recommend the homestars.com and Five star Flood emergencies to my family and co-workers or whomever need their services ,

    Stair Cleaning

    We have a high traffic area on our step. It was very dark and dirty. But we got it cleaned with five star and they look very clean and feel fresh. We have regular appt to get them cleaned. Very happy!

    carpet cleaning

    Finally our carpets are clean and fresh. I had few nasty stains that could not be taken off regardless of how hard we tried, even using another cleaning company. They all all gone.. Thanks to Five star company for doing a great job . I really recommend them to others for their very nice, kind staff and professional services. well done for very good price. Now, I enjoy more vaccuming my carpets too. Judy & Alex

    dog hair and stain removal

    excellent job, all the dog hair and stains from out dogs' accident on carpet all gone. Thanks for the free dis infecting. House looks very clean and fresh. Very punctual, hard working and nice staff. My wife and I would like to write this review to appreciate their services . we strongly recommend their services to others. Thank you Bob and helpers.

    Rug and carpet cleaning for my home and my office

    "I would like to take this opportunity to write a review for Five Star Cleaning, Especially Bob,for their excellent job. I have five Star Cleaning to do my office and home on bi-yearly bases. Bob and his helpers are very reliable, khowledgeable, honest, very friendly people. They are very punctual and with very reasonable price. As a regular customer, I always get the best services possible, I call it "5 star service", really amazing. I do not have to worry about my office and my home cleaning anymore for last couple of years. They always do it on time and even remind me couple of days a head of time. They take care of details themselves. As a Single mom, this takes an extra heavy pressure out of my busy shoulders. I always recommend them to my co-workers and friends and family. I am sure you will be happy too, to use their excellent services. Thank you

    five stars rug &carpet cleanig

    I do not have time to write a review for any services that I get, but I thought this is worthwhile to thank Five star company for their excellent job and also let other people to know that we should leave the job to professional since we can not do everything by ourselves without knowledge and experience. I had flood in basement of my office due to lots of rain recently. I got Five Star company from Google. Excellent customer service and very professional. very good communication skills and very knowledgeable. Very quick response which I appreciated for my busy life as a owner of a sport club company . Bob patiently have given so much information what to do and not to do while they were on their way to get to my place. They did the job in timely manner with minimal damage to my basement and they saved most of my office documents in the basements. They told me how to prevent this kind of incidents for next time and things need to be taken care off to prevent future flood in my basement. I am also using this information for my house to prevent flood there too. I am very satisfied with their wonderful job, sound advices and addressing all of my questions and concerns since this was a totally new experience for me. In future I do not have to Google search anymore and use their other services.Thank you again for the job well done with very great price. I am happy I left the job to be done by professionals.     Nice carpet after the cleaning

    Our carpets needed cleaning after we moved in our new unit. Called several and five star showed up with reasonable cost and service. Its a tedious activity, and it was done through and well all through the main floor and basement (where we have carpets).

    rugs cleaning

    I would like to take this opportunity to thank Bob and his helper for doing such an excellent job. I had few rugs ,different sizes which needed to be cleaned after a big party that I had. After shopping around in "Homestars.ca" , I decided to use Five star cleaning services. They picked up all of my carpets and delivered back for free. They did a great job not only in cleaning them , but also go rid off the few stains that they got from party. My rugs were clean and fresh after I got them. They were very punctuall and I was happy and satisfied with the price for so much work. These guys are proffestional and reliable. I recommend them to others.

    water damage and leaking

    I was looking in internet to find a reliable company to come and fix the leaking problem from our bathroom celling that was going on for a while. I called few companies , I decided to go with FIVE STAR CLEANING . They gave me an excellent consultation over the phone and also told me few things that I need to do before they get there. After first free estimation and very good quote , I agreed them to star doing the job right away. Bob and his helper did a very good job finding what caused the leakage and fix it with reasonale price in such a short time. I really happy with their great services and very considerate and reliable company. I strongly recommend them to others. In future ,If I need I will be using other services that they offer. Thank you guys

    rug and sofa cleaning

    My wife is so picky and difficult when it comes to cleaning. So called few companies, and asked them to come for free estimation. she decided to go a head with Five star cleaning. She is very happy with the professional and nice job that they did. Not only they cleaned our rugs and sofas but also got rid off few nasty stains too. We even got free disinfecting. Now my wife has a peice of mind for next time, she need professional cleaning, she does not have to shop around any more (thank God). Bob and his crew did such a wonderful job making my wife and me very have happy with their well done job. We recommend Five star cleaning to my friends, family and others. Thank you.
