From the first inquiry over email to the final clean up after installation, Henry was a pleasure to deal with. He patiently and promptly answered all our questions and kept the home visit to the bare minimum time required. We had requested quotes from many other places but this was by far best pricing, options and interaction. Henry from Imperial Doors, was very customer service oriented and was very knowledgeable about all of their products. As a bonus, I got the best deal from them versus the other competitors that were quoting almost $3000. The gentlemen completed their work within 5 hours which I was blown away as I thought it would've taken a full day for the replacement cause I had so much damage. There were no 'hidden' or 'extra' charges on completion, the installers were very professional, worked very hard, and did an excellent job, and cleaned up carefully on completion.
