    Closet mold in basement

    I called the company to schedule the service to remove a small bit of mold from a closet. Two guys came removed it and charged for a 1/2 day even thought they were here doing this job from 8:15-9:45. I have never written a poor review but wanted to make sure that others didn't fall into the same trap of the minimum half day which was never explained.

    Hi Kath, A Zero for being on time, on budget, no extras and a quality job? Unfortunately we don't renegotiate the pricing after the job has been completed but you still managed to received a $150 discount. All in all a successful day I'd say.

    Mold Removal Attic

    Our company is Mond Design Build, we do general contacting. We found mold in one of our clients attic. Within 24 hours of finding it we were able to come to an agreement and get the issue re-mediated. Not only are our clients happy that there home is mold free, it allowed us to stay on schedule for the remaining work.     Mold inspection

    I had suspected mold growth in my basement as a result of water leaking from the furnace. After contacting and waiting for a couple of contractors to come in remediate, I finally called the Mold Guy. Within 1 day, an inspector was on site to remediate the situation. Was impressed.

    Going above and beyond!

    If you look up the meaning of "Going above and beyond" The Mold Guy will be the description! AMAZING all round. Best people I've ever dealt with. Professional, knowledgeable, caring and worth every penny!

    Basement mold

    Ross, Mike, Phil and Diego were all great to deal with and the cleanup was well done, quick and efficient. They had a wealth of good advice and I was pleased to see that the basement was immaculate when they finished.

    Attic mold removal

    Right from the initial phone call Mold guy was a delight to work with. Fast reliable effective service. Would recommend to anyone. Very professional and clean. Would definitely use them again if I ever needed their services.

    Attic Mold Removal

    Wonderful experience, from calling for a quote, to the crew cleaning up. The Mold Guy saved my 8 year old roof from failing from the inside! I would use them again in a heart-beat: -The quote was the final price, no last minute "extras" -The crew arrive on time and ready to work -The crew was extremely friendly and respectful of my house for the entire duration. -Every square inch of the living space was thoroughly cleaned at the end of the job. -I have been rewiring in the attic and know that they got it all!

    Prompt, informative

    I discovered mould and a small leak in the shower. I cleaned the mould as best I could. Ross from The Mould Guy arrived within 48 hours of my call. He did his tests. He said I had removed most of it - but discovered mould in the washing machine - since removed. The airtests followed. Great service.

    Thanks Jim, most people don't realize that if the soap and front door of the front load washers aren't left open after a wash to dry mold will grow. Just give it a quick wipe every month to keep it free from debris....Cheers...Ross

    Mold under Kitchen Sink

    After being under my kitchen sink on the weekend, I discovered that there was mold by the faucet and a spot on the floor. Being concerned, I called The Mold Guy on Monday and they were there that afternoon. They were so professional and prompt. After inspecting the area, I was advised how to clean it myself as the situation was very minor. I highly recommend them!

    Moldy basement no more!

    After heavy rains in May 2017, basement floor removal revealed years-old mold. The Mold Guy came within 24 hr of my call, assessed & quoted for remedial measures. Cleaning crew came the next day, removed all laminate floor & contaminated drywall, sealed off basement & removed mold quickly & efficiently. Terrific service!
