    Mold Remediation

    The first company to respond to my call for help. Very courteous customer reps, very knowledgeable and happily answered my questions. Booking the appointment was a breeze and the guys who completed the work; Phil, Alan and Mike, were very friendly and cleaned up nicely on completion. Price was reasonable and the before and after photos showed amazing results. Would recommend without hesitation. Keep up the great work!

    Mold detected and removed behind water heater

    EXCEPTIONAL!!! From the first contact with Brittany, to the consult with Ross and finally the professional workmanship of Drove - a 10 rating is not high enough. Thank you to such a fabulous team - We are now mold free. Without your quick attention to detail, we would have been without water for days.

    mouldy smell investigation

    We called the Mold Guy to help us investigate a musty smell in our basement. The whole team was great and very professional the entire way along. We got an appointment the next day, Russ showed up and was extremely polite, professional and effective. In 10 minutes he identified the issue and it is now solved. Thanks very much. Larry

    House attic mold removal

    This has got to be the wold's worst job! Our 2 "Mold Guys" were courteous, clean, fast and efficient. Best of all they did the job, effectively rendering our attic in a "like new" state again. They also gave us valuable tips about how to keep our attic in good shape. I would highly recommend this company to everyone who has a attic or other mold problem!

    Great Job!

    From the moment I called into The Mold guy, I was greeted with friendly staff and helpful information. They provided a free estimate and consultation and left a detailed quote and description of work that needed to be completed. When I booked, they were on time, courteous and professional. Got a part of my basement mold-free within 4-5 hours. They follow up with a phone call the next day to make sure you are satisfied with the service and if there is anything more we needed. I would rate The Mold Guy a 10/10 and recommend them to all my friends and family!

    Excellent Service, Fast and Efficient

    As a realtor, I really appreciated how quick and efficient the team at the Mold Guy were in dealing with a mold remediation issue. They worked around my very quick timeline, were prompt in sending receipts, setting up work times, were very polite and professional and they were more affordable than other companies. Would definitely recommend them!!!

    Customer Service at it's best

    Excellent customer service does still exist! After scheduling an appointment with The Mold Guy, there was a mix-up with the appointment date. They sincerely apologized for scheduling the wrong date, and promptly re-scheduled an appointment for the next day. The service was professional and efficient. When it came time to pay, they refused payment, saying it was their mistake. Who does this?!! I fully expected to pay and was blown away by this gesture. Positive Customer Service experiences are so rare these days and The Mold Guy restored my faith that there are still good guys out there. I will recommend them highly and have already shared this story with multiple friends and will pay it forward. Well done Mold Guy!

    Who needs mold anyway? ;P

    Quick, polite, respectful. No hidden fees. I'm buying a new home (which has mold! :$) and will be calling them again!!! I seem to attract mold, but they always deal with it! :)

    Mold Detection

    My wife and I wanted to make sure our condo was healthy for our family and free from having a high mold count. Thankfully our tests results came back normal and the technician also informed us of hidden problem spots where we never thought to check for. Money well spent.

    ISOLATED AND REMEDIATED LAUNDRY ROOM MOUL - A+ SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM

    I encountered a mold problem in our basement laundry room. Ross provided a very fast turnaround (within 24 hours) to provide an assessment and quote. The job was completed the following morning by Phil and Johnny -- complete professionalism and friendly and courteous attitude exuded by every member of the team. I would highly recommend their services. Were they the cheapest? No idea. When it comes to price shopping, I reserve that for cars and big ticket outlays -- based on my initial encounter with this company, there was no need to shop around as they provide high value add service.
