When I sold my home attic mold was discovered by the buyer’s inspector. Not only was I in shock but in disbelief. Mold was my biggest allergy and I didn’t have a problem living in the house so I had to find an expert I could trust to first confirm it, and then tell me how to fix it so I could close the sale and move on with my life.
