A relatively young crew sent to work on a massive 200 year old tree. Good guys but just couldn't finish the job. Quoted work was not done due to the size of the tree. Many dead branches left on the tree. I called Tree Doctors and explained my unhappiness but surprisingly, never heard back from anyone although was told I should expect a call. Just tonight a large dead branch fell down onto my deck......!

These guys are extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and excellent to work with!!! Alan, Justin, and the guys did an amazing job for the third time!!! We highly recommend TreeDoctors and will, of course, be using them again in the spring! Thanks for a great job!!

Update II: The company came and put back our edging. It was done carefully and looks great. I appreciate that they came back to help us out. Update: Talked to company and they want to "make things right" by putting our edging back together and providing some new plants for the garden. I'll update again once the work is finished but I'm happy with their response. Tree doctors took down a large dead Ash tree in our backyard. I'm quite unimpressed on how they left our property. I know and understand that there will be damages to the surrounding area when a large tree needs to come down but I felt like the quantity of damages was quite extreme. Half of our garden is gone and they ripped up our stone edging (breaking one) which we spent a lot of money getting installed a year ago. We have between $750-$1000 in damages. We talked to the company and they were willing to give us a $100 discount. Anyways, we have no recourse as we signed a waiver saying they could damage our property but I wouldn't recommend them as a company to anyone else.

Three Doctors had done excellent jobs in cutting my huge Chinese elm tree in May - 2 people with hands joined together on the trunk. Justin and his crew with their skills, systematically and methodically cut down this tree and did the clean up, you would not noticed that this job had occurred. Second time, Three Doctors cut down the hedges 110 ft long between properties of mine and my neighbour. Three weeks after, the stumps were removed. John did an excellent job removing the stumps and the other 2 guys who cut down the hedges. I have a good rapport with Olga and Thia from the office whom I constantly called for queries and for following up of schedules. They are always friendly, understanding of your needs and quick to answer my queries. By the way, I recommended Three Doctors to my neighbour who had their tree cut down last July 8. I had contacted several tree service companies. When looking for any services whether roofing, insulation and tree services, I'm always cautious in choosing the right company for the right price and good services. I'm just relying on reviews and feed backs on the company's previous clients. I got all my contractors for re-roofing, attic insulation and gutter, sofit, facia and gutter replacement work from HomeStars last 2014. This year, I had chosen Tree Doctors to do the job in preparation for our fencing projects with my neighbours and also spray foam insulation with Everest company. Tree Doctor's price is not cheap neither expensive. Their price levels are comparative with other companies. What is important is the kind of services being provided and that you feel good about the jobs that were done for you. Anyone looking for tree services, I highly recommend Three Doctor for this type of services. Koodos to all the skilled staffs of Three Doctors.

I need to update my previous negative review so please read until the end. My previous review was: "As part of the job and according to their contract "The crew will remove all dead, weak, broken, compromised and dangerous branches. Lower limbs overhanging the driveway and the roof of the garage." During the process they damaged but not removed a main branch. I insisted them to remove the branch completely. They resisted with the excuse that they can't remove more from this tree and the branch condition is OK. After a while now the same branch fell down and it is completely hanging. they refuse to come over and take care of the situation or even come and see the tree. They ask us to hire them again and pay extra for the same job. I attached a picture of the tree. I'm totally dissatisfied with their service. Hope you think twice if you want to hire this company." Update: I need to contradict my previous opinion. They actually came and did the job smoothly and free of charge in a day. It's important to work with a company who cares about its reputation. Because that results your satisfaction. In fact, i highly recommend this company both in terms of price and job quality.

James and Harrison were extremely friendly and professional. They provided a lot of information about magnolia trees and how they react to pruning. The work was done quickly and thoroughly and the backyard was spotless when they finished. The office staff scheduled the work without an effort on my part. Definitely an A+ company. I will definitely call them again and recommend Tree Doctors to everyone.

The crew were super professional and did a fabulous job. The price was excellent and the invoice was sent promptly. I was not able to even picture how good it would look before hand. Now that it is done I am enjoying it immensely. I would absolutely recommend them.

We had Tree Doctors coming this May to work on a huge maple tree, for a second year. We were as pleased this time as we were last year: friendly and competent professional service, fair pricing $600). Happy to recommend without reservation.RM Etobicoke Tree Doctors came back last week (September 2016) for the 4th time in three years. The cost was $325+ tax this time. We had a diseased Ash tree in our back yard to be removed. I contacted three (3) tree removal companies to quote. The two (2) main criteria were 1) They had to be part of the ISA and 2) fully insured which Tree Doctors were - on both accounts. Their quote was also the lowest, and while low quotes sometimes gets you questionable service, the Tree Doctors were anything but. They arrived on time, removed the tree with surgical precision, and the left my yard looking as if a tree was not even there - except for the shavings from the stump grinding (we agreed to have these shavings left). They are also extremely courteous and professional which is a refreshing change from other companies I have dealt with. I would strongly recommend Tree Doctors to anyone requiring tree removal services and doesn't want to spend an excess of cash - and in todays economy who does!

Following a wind storm, we required emergency tree service when a significant branch from our maple tree landed on our neighbour's roof. Within minutes we contacted Tree Doctor and within less than two hours they were at our home. It was a true pleasure dealing with Olga, the office manager. The crew (comprised of Justin, Alex and Sean) were so incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and motivated. Everyone focused on getting the job done in a safe and efficient way. I can't sufficiently describe their level of competence - we were mesmerized by how masterfully they worked. They were able to remove the limb without damaging the neighbouring house, all along cleaning the resulting debris. We could not be more satisfied.
