    Replacing lead and galvanized water service pipes Aug 2012

    We were required to change lead water service and galvanized pipes to copper as a result of the mandatory water meter program. Vitaly was referred to us by our plumber. He provided a quote over the phone after our plumber Steve Punyi described the problem to him. We arranged for his workers to come in 2 days later. Upon looking at the job, they told us that we did not have to change the pipes as they were copper. I had to call Vitaly and he agreed that he was aware that the pipes were galvanized and needed to be changed and informed his crew to do so. The job was completed that day as promised and we met Vitaly the following day to pay him. The cost for the job was the average listed for this type of work in the homestars reviews I had seen. I would just make sure that the crew understands the work to be completed as I am not sure if the miscommunication was due to level of English. Although the pipes were wrapped, the crew should have been able to determine that they were in fact galvanized, not copper.

    Water in Basement

    I have been dealing with this issus for years. Vitaly located the problem one day and fixed it the next. Vitaly and his crew were prompt, professional and very reasonably priced. Thank you guys:)

    Clogger floor drain

    Thank you Vitaliy for you prompt response to my clogged basement floor drain. You were very professional and clean. I will definitely call on you again for any of my plumbing needs and will not hesitate to recommend you to other .

    Plugged Drain

    We had clogged drains in our bathroom. I called Vitaliy first thing Monday morning and he came later that day. He snaked the line and removed a tone of hair! The job was done quickly and efficiently and everything was put back in its original place. It was like he wasn't even there. Vitaliy is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

    Water leak

    My neighbor had a water leak in his pipe. We called the City of Toronto Water Department and they said it was my pipe! Vitaly came and gave correct analysis. He repaired my neighbors pipe. Did excellent job, was very friendly, professional, and quick to respond. Thanks alot Vitaly.

    Installing Sewage Ejector

    Overall experience with Vitaliy and his crew was great! He was very clear with his suggestions and how to fix the problem, I stressed to him the need to be very neat and tidy due to the fact that I had two small children in the house and he was able to accomodate that. He also ran into some issues while on the job but explained the situation to me and he did not charge extra which was amazing. Really impressed with his honesty and professionalism.

    Major reworking of complicated basement plumbing issues

    I had some very serious issues with my basement plumbing (the result of a 120 year old house and numerous bad repairs over the years). Vitaliy is terrific. He is a very sharp person who was able to grasp the problems very quickly and figure out how to resolve them. He also communicates really well, clearly explaining the problem and the steps needed to be taken. He also listened to my concerns and suggestions. I find many men in the trades can be quite condescending when speaking with women, or assume women won't understand. Not the case with Vitaliy, and much appreciated. The project involved digging a huge hole in my backyard and digging trenches across my basement floor. Vitaliy and his team showed up on time every day, were polite and considerate, and were very neat and clean, always putting down drop clothes on the floor. They also did a good job cleaning up afterwards. Vitaliy wasn't here himself everyday but was always available by phone for any questions or concerns I might have. I could tell that he was committed not just to getting the job done, but to getting it done right and making sure it was the way I wanted it. His prices are also quite reasonable. If you're looking for a very professional, high-quality plumber who will make sure you understand exactly what the work entails and why, then call Vitaliy. I will certainly use his company again for any plumbing issues I might have in the future.

    Outside sewer drain pipe broken, sewer block

    They have re-done the outside sewer drain pipe 6.5 feet deep. Installed 2 way cleanout. fast. professional. clean. Great work. We found a sewer block inside the home later, they came back quick and fix that. I highly recommand them.

    Sump Pump installation/repair

    Master Drain responded very quickly to our problem. They came on the weekend, suggested a reasonable solution, and worked very quickly and diligently. They finished the job before the time they had estimated and tidied up nicely. We were very satisfied with the work they did for us. They replaced our 2 old pumps with 2 new ones and dug a trench for the new lines to replace the blocked ones.

    Low water pressure

    We had low water pressure in our house. My friend recommended to call Vitaliy from Master Drain & Water Work. So, I did and I don’t regret it. Vitaliy and his team did a great job at a great price. He and his team were professional, arrived on time, completed the work and cleaned up when work was done. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
