    Plumbing

    I have used Vitaliy 3 times, 2 of which were major jobs. He and his team were professional, arrived on time, completed the work and cleaned up when done. Great service, I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

    Just after renovation done…

    …Recently I had my toilet backing up problem and it just after I did my new floor. I had two concerns, fixing my toilet backing ups and do not damage my floor. Vitaliy did professionally amazing job, he fix my problem with even a scratch on my floor and for a rezenebol praise. I can honestly tell you that if I ever need a plumber again, Master Drain & Water Works will be my first contact point. I will recommend them highly to anyone else who have a plumbing problem. Thank you.

    Main drain that was blocked

    I had a plumbing emergency with a sewage back up. I called Vitaliy and he responded quickily and was extremly professional. He came and did an analysis of the situation and gave a solution to the problem. He then submitted his price to do it which was reasonable and he was able to do it the same day as it was an emergency. He had to dig to the main drain through a flower bed and at the end of the job they even planted back the flowers that were there before. He is highly skilled, knowledgable, reliable, trustworthy and very neat. His job site was kept safe and clean. I am forever grateful for his service! Thank you!

    Basement drain work

    Vitale was referred to me by a family member who is a plumber. He came by to scope the drains on the day I called him, then took the time to explain what the problems were, and answer my questions. He gave an extremely competitive quote. Once I chose to use his services, he promptly sent a crew of two workers. I was not able to be home for the entire day, so they agreed to work two shorter shifts over two days...very helpful. The workers covered everything with a tarp and plastic and they left no mess. The work was done ahead of schedule (by a few hours) and when my family member plumber stopped by a few days later, he said everything looked good. Vitale was friendly and easy to deal with at all times, his workers did a good job, and I would use his services again.

    Drain

    "To Vitaliy and your other digger guy (sorry I didn’t get his name) I just wanted to send you this review, to let you know what a great job I think you & your crew did. This place was one big puzzle to say the least, and your guys stuck it out and literally got down to the bottom of it. You are a bunch of great guys and a great company too! Vitaliy talk about dedication – I’ll never forget when you showed up @ my door, one evening, during a rain storm, just to check if unit 3 was flooding – VERY IMPRESSIVE - & SURPRISING! "So thanks again to you all , I will recommend you & your company to everyone I know."

    Broken drain trap and water main pipe

    They were fantastic! Reasonably priced and professional service. I was away on vacation and Vitale saved the day! I would never hesitate to recommend their services to my friends and family!

    Broken Drain Trap and New Water Main pipe

    Broken drain trap and New water main pipe. Great service and great expiries to deal with Master Drain’s crew. I am very satisfied with their work. Problem with drain was fix in one day plus when hole was excavated they offered to replace old rusted main water pipe for the house to new copper for half price ! I am very happy with they work.     Replacing sewer pipes and water main

    After many years of dealing with sewage backing up into basement I called Master Drain. They fixed the problem right away, dug seven feet deep on my front lawn area, replaced all corroded and blocked pipes and also replaced lead water main pipe to copper. Very quick and hard working people, work area was cleaned, no debris left behind. You can't even tell where the hole was dug in the front lawn. Highly recommended!!

    “Drain and Water for new house building”

    Daniel Drain and Water for new house building… We were building bright new house and we called Master Drain & Water Works to do underground drain and water pipes installation. They came and in three days all job was done: inside basement underground drain , water supply pipe from city property to house basement, and outside underground old drain was replaced. All job was done fast and with quality. We are very satisfied with job they did and we will use "Master Drain..."again next time. Thank You!

    Floor Drain Installation

    We just bought a house and insurance company did not wont insure our house because we did not have floor drain in our basement. We call Master Drain and water works, they install a floor drain in proper place at hot water thank, problem with insurance was fix .Thanks I will call your company again if I have any problems in the future.
