    Very professional and extremely responsive

    I have an after business hours plugged sink drain. Vitaly picked up my call immediately and arranged for a technician to come out. The technician arrived in under 90 minutes and, using a drain snake, had cleared the problem and cleaned up in under an hour. Both Vitaly and the technician were professional, responsive and highly competent. I will be using Vitaly and his team from now on!

    Main drain pipe replacement

    I had sewage smell from my basement, clogged basement toilet and shower drain as a result of a cracked clay pipe that needed to be replaced. Vitaliy responded quickly and was ready to send someone the night I contacted Master Drain. This ended up being an emergency repair which the team completed on a holiday. I can now rest easy without the risk of the clay pipe collapsing and causing a flood of sewage water in my basement thanks to Master Drain. Im very impressed with the honesty, work and professionalism of the team. Walter did a great job, he is thorough, conscientious, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Master Drains services.

    Kitchen drain clog

    Quick and thorough job declogging my kitchen drain. The stuff pulled out with the snake was alarming! The area was left spotless as mentioned in other posts as well. Highly recommend!

    Roots in main drain

    The team at Master Drain and Water Works were great. We called them because my parents pipes were backed up. They showed up the same day to assess the situation and after running a camera and snake through the pipes determined we had roots growing in them. They explained the situation to us and let us know that we would need to replace the pipe just outside of the house with two cleanouts and a backwater valve to ensure water wouldn't back up in the house in the future. They were able to complete the entire job the next day and took care of all the paper work for the city rebate. Their prices were fair and their service was great. I'd definitely recommend them and use them again.

    Removal and replacement of main clay pipes under foundation

    Replaced all clay pipes beneath the foundation. Vitaliy provided us with a very reasonable quote considering the scope of work. His employees, Walter and Vladimir, were prompt and professional in every aspect. The job site was spotless at the end of every day. It was about as painless as a job of that sort could be.

    Repair a buried and broken main sewer pipe exiting the home

    Vitality and his team were responsive to my initial call, kept me informed of what they were learning and their recommended next steps and completed the dirty job with no fuss and no mess. The cost of the work felt a bit steep but overall, I am a happy customer whose expectations were exceeded. Two thumbs up!

    Drain unblock

    We had a blocked drain that our regular plumber didn't have the larger equipment to fix. Master Drain and Water Works had very good communication and responsiveness. They completed the service call and the work on the same day that I called. They were very efficient and courteous.

    Clogged kitchen drain

    Vitaly responded quickly. He had someone at our house within hours (emergency + holiday) who quickly and thoroughly cleared our kitchen drain which had been problematic for years. Great service - professional, efficient, honest and reliable.

    Clogged drain on Christmas Day and main drain before NYE

    December 24 in the morning... kitchen sink does not drain... wife on the verge of smashing something in my head... but Vitality comes to the rescue. Promised that by 5 PM someone will come and he did. Half an hour later the problem was resolved. Thank you so much for your service! A really helpful company! December 29 in the evening... after flushing a toilet the furnace room is filled with water... complete blockage of the main drain... spent 1.5 hrs to snake it myself but looks clean for the first 20 ft. So I call Vitaliy and he sends Walter the next day. Also he came in person and after some time they finally get the clog out but show me with the camera the real problem: a tree root has breached and obstructed half of the main drain! For the moment we can use the water in the whole house but their team has to come next week to replace the drain... thank you so much! You guys rock!

    Backwater valve
