I had to replace the 'paper pipes' between my house and the city as they had begun to collapse. Vitaliy and his team of experts were quick to come and do the work. They were professional and efficient keeping me informed throughout the process. While the job took 3 days they ensured that I was only inconvenienced without water for a few hours. I couldnt be happier with their work, and I happily recommend this company to anyone in need of trustworthy plumbers.

It was a pleasure to work with Vitaliy. He and his team replaced the water service pipe to my home which was lead and a garden hose pipe. All the work was done in a day and they cleaned up as well. I would definitely recommend Vitaliy for any other plumbing job in the future.

Very professional and all around great service from Vitaliy and his team, they lived up to their perfect 5-star rating. The team came quickly Thursday night to locate the issue and worked hard to come up with the best solution. Vitaliy clearly explained all the options and gave good recommendations. The team did a full day of work both inside and outside the house and cleaned thoroughly, leaving no trace. Would highly recommend.

My 4 year old son accidentally dropped his favourite bunny stuffy down a clean out drain on his school lawn. 5 reputable plumbers told me it would be absolutely impossible to retrieve. Fortunately I called Master Drain - Vitaliy and his team to the rescue - the stuffed animal was retrieved from 42 feet below (!!!!) A VERY relieved kid - and mom!
