Had an issue on the east side of my house. Mike came and gave me great advice on how to fix it. He and his staff were prompt, courteous, and helpful with all my requirements for the job. Mike returned calls promply and followed up after the job was completed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use him again. Nothing better than someone doing exactly what they said they would do and stay within budget.

Excellent work, and our wet basement problem was solved completely! Michael and his crew provided a service that was completely professional, and we found them to be friendly and reliable! I would recommend them to anyone.

For both roofs and waterproofing, you can't go wrong on both counts by hiring Mike Scott Home Improvements. He (and his team) are amazing -- honest, personable, meticulous and excellent at what they do. All of the projects have come in on time and on budget and they are a treat to deal with.

Mike Scott is honest, courteous, reliable and does excellent work. He responded promptly to my crisis of a flooding basement a few days before I was to leave for a long trip abroad. The repair of my cracked foundation and waterproofing of my basement was successfully completed in a timely manner.The rate was very competitive and the service level well above my expectations. The crew was careful to minimize garden damage while digging and diligent about cleaning up, and they showed up six months later, on schedule, to refill the gravel after it had settled. Mike is quick to return calls and responsive to questions/concerns. I would definitely hire him again and am happy to recommend M Scott Home Improvement's services.

Mike Scott and his team of really friendly and professional guys were the best!! I'm a contractor myself and am really picky how work is carried out on my house. M.Scott Home Improvements. We have employed this contractor on two different projects. Both times he was able to give us cost estimates that were very close to the final amount. The level of the construction work carried out was excellent. Start up and completion dates were adhered to and we were very satisfied with the final work. We would use this contractor again for future construction work.

Mike Scott Home Improvements actually performed two separate jobs for us. The first job was a new concrete floor in our basement remodel. The second job was outside waterproofing to combat some water issues with our nice new basement remodel. I am very satisfied with the work performed. Mike and his crew were professional, punctual and friendly. I have and will continue to recommend his work.
