Aiad and his team were total professionals. Moving into our new home we wanted the popcorn ceiling removed and every room painted. The crew at Cosmopolitan Construction came in and had the job done in no time! Quick, efficient and entirely professional. Aiad and his team got the job done right and we are incredibly happy with our modernized smooth ceilings and freshly painted walls. 10/10 we would hire them again!

Aiad and his team were hard working professionals. From the start to finish, they kept everything neat and clean. Aiad delivered exactly what he promised from the first meeting. He provided us with all correct choices and the end result was great. My house looks brand new again. I highly recommend Cosmopolitan construction!

Aiad and his team have not only done a fantastic job on repairing our homes exterior, but they have given us much needed peace of mind. Rats had eaten through the stucco at the base of our home leaving major damage. The stucco work that had happened before we moved in had been done poorly and many unsealed, rotted, weak spots around the house made us nervous about the potential of more pets. After speaking with a couple of stucco companies I found that Aidas thorough inspection, thoughtful suggestions, and reasonable prices were the most reassuring. Aida was extremely patient and helpful in discussing how to address the problem. He and his team were exceptionally efficient, clearly skilled, and very professional as they completed really careful work. It was evident how much pride the team took in doing a good job and they made every effort to repair and fortify our home. Aiad and his team were so great to work with from start to finish. They were friendly, kind, on time and professional. No only did the help us fix our stucco, they fixed the rotting wood underneath (not an easy project) and stayed on the timeline initially agreed upon (rain or shine). They worked so hard and did an amazing job! Weve already gotten multiple compliments on the work they did. Highly recommend this great company for any of your stucco needs you will not be disappointed.

It is with great pleasure that I once again recommend Cosmopolitan Construction. Based upon the outstanding work that Aiad and his team did in a large stucco project at our home four years ago, I contacted him to inquire about how we could seal up an unused side entrance door at my parents home. We had utterly no idea how this could be done given the odd location (about 6 feet above ground level), and thought that he might just suggest that we try to find a handyman as it was such a small job....probably too small for a large company such as his. Instead, Aiad responded to my text almost immediately, reviewed the photos I had sent, instantly crafted a creative solution, and set up a time to attend at their home. Aiad showed up personally with one of his staff (right on time as always) and they did an awesome job of sealing up the door and applying stucco over it. The workmanship was meticulous, the edges perfectly aligned and smooth, and the price was very reasonable. This is in complete contrast to the experience one usually has with large companies that either refuse to take on a small project, or agree to do the work but take advantage of customers and seriously overcharge. Following the recent torrential downpour, we noticed that one of the skylights on our roof had leaked. I decided to reach out to Aiad again yesterday, even though I wasn't sure if he would take on a job as small as this. Once again, he got back to me in literally seconds. A few minutes later he had contacted one of his staff that does caulking, and understanding the urgency of preventing further water damage from the next storm, they both showed up this morning. Aiad personally assisted in the work and made sure that the caulking was thorough, including sealing up some cracks in the skylight which should hold us until we are ready to replace it (another job for which we will call Aiad). While they were here, they even sealed up a few cracks in my next door neighbours eavestrough. She was so delighted because she hasnt been able to find anyone willing to come out for such a small job! Thank you so much Aiad for all of your help. You epitomize qualities that are increasingly rare these days: professionalism, dedication, courtesy, attention to detail, and integrity.

I needed some stucco repair on two outside walls. Aiad and his team came for a first assessment visit, demonstrating clear professionalism in assessing the situation and identifying ideal work options. We then proceeded to completing the work, which was respectful of initial quote, respectful of timing and extremely accommodating. The Cosmopolian Construction Inc team was highly efficient and completed the job a day earlier while being attentive to details along the way. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product and highly recommend Cosmopolitan Construction Inc for all your stucco needs.

Excellent experience start to end with Aiad, Knowledgeable and experienced reflected in delivering the project on time and his coordination with the other contractors, lighting contractor, Aluminium contractor and HVAC contractor. The results was amazing, - First peel the old siding - Second install new plywood (yellow). - Third install water proofing membrane (blue) - Fourth install insulation (white) - Fifth install stucco (Gray) - Last paint stucco in the colour of your choice. - The team are clean and respectful. This is Money well spent, thank you Cosmopolitan team for your great work.

Aiad provides the best service and constant communication. Always shows up within the agreed upon timeline, and has great attention to detail and excellent workmanship. Takes proper care of the property and doesn't cause any damage. Highly recommended!
