    Full stucco job

    Our neighbor used Aiads services last summer and we were very impressed with his work and how clean and considerate he and his crew were. We met with Aiad in the spring and were immediately sold. He handles the stucco work, but has a network of related trades with whom he has worked with for years, including framing, eavestroughs, stonework, painting, electrical. This made the entire process so much smoother. We were on a fixed timeline and all the trades were available when he needed them. When the stucco was done after 2 weeks, Aiad left the scaffolding between the houses for the eavestrough guys, who were there the next day. What really stands out is the genuine care and concern Aiad has for his customers. Hes not the cheapest but he is definitely not the most expensive. But based on what you get, Aiad offers the best value for your money that you can get. Overall, we have nothing but great things to say about Aiad and his crew. We would definitely hire then again and strongly recommend him to anyone looking a doing a stucco job.

    Front Portico and Rooftop Dormer Renovation

    Our front portico and rooftop dormer were showing wear and tear with sections of rotting wood due to the harsh winters, rain, and UV rays over the years. A neighbor recommended Cosmopolitan Construction as they just completed work on their portico, that looked impressive. Aiad visited a few days later and talked us through options. He told us that a good carpenter can replace the rotting wood, do repairs and paint, if we didn't want to go with the Cosmo, who specializes in repairing the wood, sealing, then applying stucco and decorative trim. We hired Cosmo for both the portico and dormer renovation. It took 3 days to complete the project. The stucco features blend perfectly with our home's all brick exterior. Aiad and his crew were very professional, friendly, and patient throughout the project, while ensuring the surrounding area was kept clean. We are very impressed with the craftsmanship and how wonderful the portico and dormer lookswe are very happy with how wonderful the home looks from the street with the renovated portico and dormer. If you wish to enhance the look of your home with addition of a stucco application, we highly recommend Cosmopolitan Construction.     Stucco Exterior of house

    Aiad was very helpful from our first meeting to the end result and went over everything we needed to do with regards to the electrical, fencing and what could be done on the house based on what we did or didn't do. Based on the area of the house, he tailored what they did based on what we wanted. We decided to stucco the outside of our house as we had no insulation on the main floor of our house. They did a great job from applying 2 inches of styrofoam to the brick and also to the existing particle board. We also wanted counterflashing overtop of step flashing as it was recommended by our aluminum company. Aiad from Cosmopolitan Construction worked with the roofing company, oversaw everything and sealed off the counterflashing to apply the styrofoam on top. We also had an old hydro pipe that we wanted to remove from the 1st floor roof that Aiad suggested removing as it was no longer necessary. Aiad helped the roofing guys with the removal of the hydro pipe as well. 4 guys worked very diligently for 12 hours a day for many days and the final result looks great. Our neighbours were very impressed with the final result and also asked for a quote as well. A very pleasant surprise is either the 2 inches of styrofoam and/or the stucco decor around the windows have reduced the noise level coming into the house from the outside, which we appreciate very much.

    New stucco exterior face lift

    These guys are awesome! They responded promptly with friendly suggestions and detailed solutions. The coordination of trades was seamless. The finished stone work and stucco looks great!

    Stucco to the House.

    Throughout the years, I have done many renovations to our house and hardly completed any reviews as I have not felt 100% satisfied. It was different with the Cosmopolitan team. My family is 100% satisfied with the way our house looks today. Aiad and his team were absolutely outstanding! They showed up every morning at 7am, worked throughout the day without wasting any time and completed their day at 7pm or longer. I was aware of every step of the project and Aiad did not feel bothered when I asked questions. He was always available to share his knowledge and expertise. Aiad and his crew were professional, respectful, knowledgeable about the project, careful with our property and mindful about neighboring properties as well. At the end of each day they kept the place clean and safe for my family. Initially, I was very anxious about the entire project and exterior color of stucco/stone but I was reassured and given advice from Aiad and his team when needed. I was never pushed to any rushed decisions and felt supported by the Cosmopolitan team. They finished stucco on our house as promised and went above and beyond with finishing touches. Aiad (the owner) takes pride in his work, he demonstrates excellent skills in stucco and I could see how much joy he was getting from making us happy with the new look of our house.     Replacement of second level siding and around front door with stucco

    We are so pleased with the finished work from Cosmopolitan. The work was completed with minimal delay even with our unpredictable weather. Aiad was very patient in explaining the materials required and process to us. We are getting compliments from our neighbors and inquiries where we found this contracting company. For anyone thinking of having renovations done with NO stress or hassle, we recommend this company. Rating: 10/10 ~Rey and Maria~

    Stucco Exterior

    Cosmopolitan Construction Inc. re-stuccoed our entire 2 storey house and refreshed all of the mouldings. Aiad (the owner) and his crew demonstrated a high level of skill at stucco application. Their workmanship was excellent. My husband and I could not be happier with the beautiful stucco work they completed on our house. Aiad is a very friendly, fair and honest guy. It was a pleasure to liaise with him from start to finish. We highly recommend Cosmopolitan Construction to anyone searching for an exceptional stucco contractor. Jim & Diane

    Stucco project

    Aiad and his crew are extremely good at what they do, detailed oriented and professional. Came on time and work non stop with a smile all the time. I never do reviews but they are so good I had to. Highly recommended.

    Stucco work

    We signed a contract with Aiad in December. We received the call as promised in may with a two weeks notice and started as per contract. We had other trades working simultaneously and he beyond and above to make sure there is no friction and at one point had to redo some of his work dues because of a mistake by the other trade. The final result was perfect and he even came back promptly to fix a flaw that came to our attention after the job was completed and paid for. I do highly recommend him as he does care first and foremost about the quality of his work and the end result. Thank you Aiad.
