Repair Wood Stairs and Railings
Very good value and quality work. Mesh was quick in responding to our inquiry and provided solid recommendations on approach to the job fitting our needs. We ended up having the staircase to our basement replaced. They handled removal, building the new staircase and railing, and finishing (staining). Completed in the timeframe that was indicated. A very tidy team.

Install or renovate stairs: Interior; New installation
We had Ideal Stairs re-finish (clean up and cap with fresh wood) one creaky, dilapidated staircase and replace the other completely. They also did a little flooring around the stairs. Rajan was a pleasure to deal with and an excellent partner on our project. He was courteous, flexible, and attentive, communicating with us daily throughout the installations to ensure we were in the loop as things progressed. In the end, Ideal delivered exactly what we wanted, even exceeding our hopes and expectations in some respects. The stairs look beautiful.

Repair Wood Stairs and Railings
Rajan and the team were great from start to finish. They took out carpet and put in laminate floors and capped stairs. I was updated every day what was to happen. The team was courteous and addressed any questions I had . Very tidy job site at the end of every day. The job was also completed on time. Most important is my place looks great. Amazing Experience with Ideal Stairs
In the fall of 2024, we began searching for a company to refresh our main staircase. After researching companies, we decided to have Ideal Stairs and Flooring renovate our staircase. From the moment we first met Rajan when he came to inspect and give us a quote, we knew we were in good hands. He was knowledgeable and professional. He listened to our ideas, made some suggestions, but never pressured us into any decisions on the spot. Later, when we visited the showroom, both Mesh and Rajan were very helpful and patient in helping us arrive at a decision. Throughout the renovation project, Rajan and this team kept us informed of each step of the process, and Rajans team was professional, detail-oriented, and extremely efficient. The team worked well to complete the renovation in a timely manner, and they took great care to ensure that their work area was contained and cleaned up when they were finished each day. We are incredibly happy with the results of the renovation, and we are more than happy to recommend Ideal Stairs to anyone interested in renovating or refreshing their stairs. Stair recapping and railings
Mesh and his team did a fantastic job on our stairs. We needed two small staircases recapped and some new railing and they provided exactly what we were looking for. Not only are they beautiful but they are now far more sturdy than we had anticipated. Both staircases previously squeaked and moved under foot quite a bit... Both are now rock solid! There was a small miscommunication on one of the railings and we weren't home to catch the issue when it occurred, but the team rectified it right away and made sure we were happy with everything. Replaced Stair Railings
Mesh and his crew did an excellent job with both the railing installation as well as painting the railings - the new railings really completed the look of our living/dining room! The crew was also very professional and pleasant to deal with and did an equally excellent job with cleaning up. Very reasonable pricing as well for the quality of work - would recommend Ideal Stairs to anyone in the market for a new or replacement railing system!

Stairs refinishing sanding and staining black
I hired Ideal stairs to sand and stain my spiral staircase black as well as putting all new white modern spindles I was absolutely happy I choose ideal stairs from the 4 quotes I received it was a pleasure dealing with Mesh and Ranjin they were very professional. rankin called me every day to ask how things were going he was always prosactive and a pleasure to deal with, the gentlemen that worked on the stairs were amazing and the completed project exceeded my expectations they worked hard were perfectionist cleaned up everyday never leaving a mess I highly recommend Ideal Stairs they were a 10 out of 10!!
