Recapping stairs
We acquired a few quotes to have our stairs recapped. Rajan came to our home to talk to us about the process and answered our questions. We later agreed on a price and though we received cheaper (and more expensive) quotes from others, we trusted Ideal Stairs experience and skill. During the entire process, Ideals team was skilled and conscientious to detail and cleanliness after each work day. We asked many questions of Rajan to ensure we understood each step and to also ensure we would not be surprised by any outcomes we didnt expect. Rajan answered all of our questions and delivered as promised. We are very happy with the outcome.

Stair re- finishing
Mesh and his team did a great job, refinishing the stairs could not be happier with the results. I typically would not post reviews, but I found when looking for contractors these reviews were quite helpful in selecting a contractor. I would definitley recommend ideal if you are looking for a quality upgrade

Stair Carpet Removal
Working with Ideal Stairs was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The negotiation process was straightforward and hassle-free, which set a positive tone for the entire project. Mesh and Rajan, our primary contacts, were incredibly accommodating and a pleasure to work with. They provided a thorough description of all available options, ensuring we were well-informed to make the best decision for our needs. The professionalism of the crew was evident throughout the project. They arrived punctually each day and worked diligently to complete the project on schedule, without any delays. The site management was impressive; the crew took great care to maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that everything was tidied up at the end of each day. Most of the staining / painting was done off-site so there was minimal disruption. The crews professionalism extended to their craftsmanship as well. The final result of the stairs was nothing short of excellent, showcasing their attention to detail and commitment to quality. Any minor paint touch-ups required were handled by the crew, who conducted a thorough clean-up at the projects conclusion, leaving our space spotless. Moreover, the competitive pricing offered by Ideal Stairs was the cherry on top, providing great value for the high-quality service and final product we received. Replaced aging railings on 3 floors
I hired Ideal Stairs to replace the original, 60-year-old iron and vinyl railing at my parents' home because they were no longer safe. - Communication was frequent and prompt. - They did everything they said they were going to do, exactly when they said they were going to do it. - The work was meticulous, detailed, and precise. - They were able to stain the new oak handrails and balusters to perfectly match the existing stairs and surrounding hardwood. - They patched the holes from the previous balusters in both wood and tile so that they're barely noticeable. - They checked in every day to make sure all was going well. - They new railing is strong and attractive. - They cleaned up both during and after the job. - Every interaction was professional, friendly, and courteous. - During the 3 days it took to do the work, they made sure that there was always a functional railing at the end of the day for my parents to use. The entire experience and end result was excellent; Ideal Stairs' Homestars rating is well earned.

Railing upgrade and replace of all spindles
I cannot say enough about Ideal Stairs and their service. I am so pleased They communicated with me about start date and also called to confirm. They came with their drop sheet to protect the floor and also vacuumed everything al the end of their job. The team was very good and you could see the took pride in their job. You would not know they replaced new spindles on top of existing carpet. They also finished off the bannister from brown to a nice black. Thank you Ideal Stairs - I give you a rating of 10 out of 10

Refinish Stairs
I hired Ideal Stairs to re cap my stairs. From start to finish Ideal stairs were great to work with. They arrived on time created no mess and cleaned up at the end of the day. GREAT service and amazing outcome
I couldn't be happier with the work that the team did!! We went from bouncy 4 sets of stairs to a beautiful, sturdy piece of art. The team worked so neatly to even put down carboard, plastic and canvas on the new flooring to protect it while they worked. Thank you Ideal stairs for the hard work; we will definitely be using you in the future!

Stair Renovation

Renovate Stairs
