I had a door cut from my garage leading outside onto my patio of the front door.. I would like to start by saying the works were on time and got right into work. The door could not have been done any better, the communication between the workers and I was amazing. I recommend this company to everyone that has projects to be done inside and out your house. Chris and his team renovated our basement. This included installing a subdividing wall with pocket door and a double exterior door, updating our laundry sink, adding LED lights and extra outlets, and installing a new vinyl floor. As usual, he kept us informed at all stages, cleaned up every day, and left no large gaps of down time. We have used Remodel for four projects now, and each time have been completely satisfied with the workmanship. See you again, Chris!

Remodel was contracted to open up the existing walls, install a supporting beam, widen existing windows, install flooring, tile, lights etc (all except cabinets and counters). We were very happy with Chris and his team during the Reno as they ensured the rest of the house was clean, useable and free of dust. We are also quite happy with the, timelines and the finished product and would consider using them in other projects.

From the moment Chris arrived to give me a quote I had confidence in his ability to complete my project. My laundry room was just studs and concrete. It was transformed into a room where I want to go to do laundry. Ceilings, walls, floors, partitioning the area off from the furnace with a louvered door to allow for ventilation it was all done by an amazing team (Tim, Dexter, Jason). All my questions were answered as we went through the process and if I wasn't happy with something, they found a solution to my liking. At the same time I had 3 sets of closet doors installed to replace full height sliders. This involved building headers etc. Love the result. The team installed coverings for the floors and carpet and cleaned up at the end of each day to minimize the dirt. They were wonderful to work with. I completely recommend Remodel Construction. I would call them for any construction needs in the future.

We contracted Remodel Construction Comapny to convert an existing finished basement room to a gym space. We wanted rubberized floor laid and needed a door built for the room, which was previously open. The scope of the job included ripping out existing carpeting, building a doorway, laying a floor and painting the new wall to match. Chris and his team where phenomenal. They were clean, courteous and extremely professional. Every day they updated me on their progress and invited me to take a look at the work. All work was impeccable, to the point that you couldn't even tell the room was previously open concept. I especially appreciate them fitting the job in on short notice and being accommodating to my schedule. We are so happy with the results of this renovation. Next time we need a renovation done, I know exactly who we will call.

Our front door and three glass sliding doors have been upgraded and the installation resulted in a decrease of energy costs. Also the powder room on the main floor has been modernized and guests have given favourable comments on the transformation. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Chris and his team are true professionals. They show up when they say they will, their contractors are friendly and talented, they’re incredibly skilled at what they do. Chris, the owner, makes it his duty to be on site to check and see how the job is going throughout the process. He keeps us up to date on a regular basis so there are no surprises. We’ve recommended him to two other friends in our building and both are very pleased. They’re the best.

It started with a fortunate phone call to a retired legend who had built many new kitchens for Churches. He strongly recommended Chris and Remodel Construction. Then came the quotation. It covered in detail the process and timing in a superior way to the other quotes received. Price, middle of the road. The work was organized so well that we knew what would be done every day and could plan accordingly. Engineers, civil and others commented on the quality of work and the skilled management of time. The kitchen was finished a week earlier than predicted. It has been a huge hit with the congregation and our first meal was a great success. Lots of lovely compliments, particularly from the cooks who seem to have a new lease on life with our wonderful new kitchen.

Remodel seemed to make this project a priority for us, especially when we discovered water damage and more significant time needed to finish the project
