    Fix the broken kitchen faucet

    You never know to believe the reviews on google as now a days they can generated by AI or by bots but the reviews for Preferred Plumbing were positive so I decide to give them a try. To start they were to be my house on a Wednesday at 9:00am and 5 minutes to 9:00 the person from Preferred calls me on my cell to say they are running a few minutes late and apologized, The person said he would be happy to bring me a coffee. Who does that? They arrived at 9:05 am and promptly assessed what needed to be done. They gave me 3 options and I choose one. The work was done quickly promptly and to budget - 3 out of 3. The plumbing technicians were courteous, polite and efficient - again, 3 out of 3. Can't say enought positive things about the 2 technicians who were at my house. They will be the first company I call when and if I have any other plumbing issues in my house. Highly recommend you use this company and this is a legit review! Andrew

    Toilet project

    From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure working with Preferred Plumbing. They were professional, punctual and took the time to answer all our questions. They completed the work efficiently and the end result exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend them.

    Pinhole pressure leak

    Daniel and Mario were extremely thorough and helpful. They were prompt to arrive at the time scheduled, never rushed, and fixed our leak. They also took the time to assess other areas of the house and provided sound advice. We would recommend them and Preferred Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

    Always top notch!

    Preferred Plumbing Solutions has been taking care of my family's plumbing needs for years. They are courteous, professional and dependable. We've had some unusual plumbing issues over the years and Preferred Plumbing has always arrived promptly and worked efficiently to solve the problems. I highly recommend!

    Multiple Projects over the years (old Toronto home)

    Raphie and his team are excellent plumbers and we have had nothing but great experiences with their team over the years. We use them regularly for routine maintenance (eg. winterizing our pipes, leaky toilets). Notably, Raphie and his team have gone above and beyond for us in recognizing an issue causing frozen pipes/burst pipes in our home. It was only after Raphie took a very thorough and holistic approach to examining the issue that he was able to identify the problem and ensure that it never happened again - we had had another plumbing service try to figure out what was happening and they were unable to do so. After figuring out the cause of the problem, Raphie went above and beyond to ensure that the pipes were properly insulated; since then we've had no issue despite very cold temps. Going forward, this is the only plumbing company that we need - excellent service on all fronts and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

    Plumbing -- replacement of toilet part

    Preferred Plumbing is prompt and efficient. Their staff are professional and knowledgeable. I've called them twice and the service was excellent. But they also tend to do a sales pitch which can be overdone. I would recommend them for service.

    Faucet Replacement

    Completed a full faucet Replacement for my tenant. The tenant was so happy with the service. She said they were very professional. I was happy with how quick they responded and the price. Thank You

    Wonderful service!!

    Our family has found Raphie, Dominic and their crew to be professional, friendly, courteous and timely. The Flow Tech system has worked as advertised. We noticed a significant decrease in the existing scale build up. Our shower pressure has become stronger, and our laundry tap flow is stronger as well. Not to mention Raphie did a wonderful job in connecting the water flow to our backyard. We have always found Preferred Plumbing to be excellent to work with, and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

    Be very careful with these guys...they will upsell you to no end!

    My problem is that I have a leaky valve from my hot water tank and I called these guys. I have the kind of system that uses the HWT to heat the place in conjunction with the furnace. I now need to have the lever in one position to have heat, but no how water, and in the other position to have hot water but no heat. This is not a big issue in the summer as I have the AC on and no furnace. They came by promptly at the assigned time. Daniel was very personable but I could tell he was a salesman (i.e. UPSELL) more than a plumber. So, Daniel came down, polished salesman as he is, and tried to sell me a $3,000.00 system called "Flow-Tech" which sounded good at first BUT...This expensive system has NEVER been tested and peer-reviewed by any independent trust-worthy source whatsoever. This company claims to have been around for years, yet the only reviews I've ever seen online as of today are 11 on Flow-Tech's Facebook page. The other reviews I saw online are from ONE plumbing company in the US - the one that obviously has a vested financial interest. Only ONE company in Tennessee. In fact, virtually all the holy grail videos posted online are from ONLY that ONE company . No other plumbing company / independent plumber has endorsed this Flow-Tech expensive placebo in Canada after 10+ years. In other words, millions of plumbers and yet NOT ONE. (other than obvious PAID distributors/ plumbers) can vouch for this Flow-Tech? lol Folks, please do not get hoodwinked into buying this Flow-Tech system. Unless and until PROVEN to work via independent scientific evidence that shows that this works, DO NOT BUY! Finally, I was given 6 (six) options from Preferred Plumbing ranging from $399.17 to replace just the leaky valve (which is what I originally needed anyway) to $6,285.57 for the whole upsell to install this unproven "Flow-Tech" thing. Of course, the most expensive option was "recommended" while the lowest was "not recommended" lol. Gotta love these sales guys! I'm giving a 2-star rating just because Daniel was nice.

As professionals, it is our job and duty to point out and bring to your attention any concerns we have. We then provide upfront pricing with several options so the customer can choose what level of service they would like done. Regarding the Flow Tech Anti-Scale system. We had recommended this system because there were obvious signs of hard water and heavy mineral activity through out your plumbing system. In fact, your valve was leaking due to deterioration of the internal components because of the scale in the water. We could have offered a traditional water softener but they are far more expensive and physically a much larger piece of equipment that you did not have the space for. We know with certainty the effectiveness of the product because we are plumbing technicians and have many opportunities to physically witness the amazing results of this system. Seeing that this system is only sold to Licensed contractors who have been trained to install and test these units, it makes sense that you will not see consumer reviews. Regarding your comment on the system never being 'tested', this technology has been used for over 30 years in far more severe applications. Tens of thousands of these systems have been installed all over the US for the last 10 years. There are much larger companies than us installing these units daily. If you do not feel comfortable with one of our suggestions, you simply do not have to chose to purchase it. Hence the various options we provided. We have an extremely strong reputation in the industry and have thousands of very happy clients. We would like to help you in any way we can. Please let us know. Thank you John.
