We are an extremely professionally home service plumbing company and our prices are a direct reflection of what it costs us to operate. We are reliable, dependable and professional. As professionals, it is our job and duty to point out and bring to your attention any concerns we have. We then provide upfront pricing with several options so the customer can choose what level of service they would like done as communicated from the first point of contact when your appointment was scheduled and then again during your appointment.

Firstly, when you called our office our staff clearly articulated how we operate including the service fee for your area which was $129 + HST. We then proceeded to share with you precisely how the call would go so you would know to expect. Our highly trained technicians come out with fully stocked trucks prepared to take care of the work on the spot for you. Once you had agreed to all of the above, we booked the service call for you. We are an extremely professionally home service plumbing company and our prices are a direct reflection of what it costs us to operate. We are reliable, dependable and professional. We don't know who you ended up calling, what size their business is, nor how they run their business. Our pricing may not work for you but we were informative, professional, transparent and upfront.
