They were professional and timely. It was a Great experience and i would highly recommend them.

Had an emergency issue with the bathroom sink; Raphie arrived within a few hours and had it replaced quickly and painlessly. More importantly, he helped me figure out how to best control the water damage without requiring any other service teams. This is the second problem we've had Raphie solve over the years, and we've been very pleased with both solutions.

What a great job, with no fuss, expertly done. I had contacted another plumber known to be familiar with the condo, who seemed unclear about what needed to be done. By contrast, Raphie came on short notice, was clearly on top of what needed to be done, came armed with the right parts, and got the whole thing done in one shot. Outstanding job!

Unbelievable service and courteous job, left my bathroom cleaner than when they got there! Also there was a faulty part that came with the toilet and Raphi returned to replace free of charge!

I needed faucet and shower head replacement in my main bathroom. As Raphie went to shut-off the main water value there was a leak!! Raphie knew just who to contact and how to get the City to come out in order for him to proceed with his work. Due this unforeseen incident, Raphie and Shawn needed to spend additional time in my home. At no point did Raphie rush through the work. From the minute you call their office, you are treated with respect and caring. Their prices are totally reasonable. I have had other plumbers in the past and always felt taken. Not this time!!! Thank you so much!!!

Raffi provided very fast and efficient service, advised me that the city has to be notified that the water supply to the house had to be shut off from the outside. The plumber Brandon was very fast and knowledgeable and replaced the valve without any difficulty and explained exactly what needed to be done.

they replaced all 4 of my toilets and did an unbelievable job, they were on time, kept the house clean and instructed me on how to best dispose of the old toilets. the new toilets are fantastic!

Raphe and Yossi are the most delightful, knowledgeable and decent plumbers you will ever meet. I have actually never seen tradespeople enjoy what they do as much as these two! We used them when we gutted and renovated from top to bottom, a 23 year old house in 2013. They: relocated and installed a new water heater. Did all of the plumbing for a massive new bathroom, installed dishwashers, taps and toilets,. They did all of the initial "rough" work and the "finish" work. Always on time, super clean workers and very fair in billing with stated hourly rate and clear quotations for the work. I never seek "deals" or take shortcuts when it comes to plumbing. Rafi is an excellent plumber, of that there is no doubt. However, he is also very expensive. He came to provide a quote and wanted to complete the job on the spot, so I hired him without seeking other estimates. In addition to a high hourly rate, he even charged me a hefty amount for the material he used to cover my floors to keep them clean. Those materials are the cost of doing business for trades and should not be downloaded to the client at a markup. I was shocked by the final bill, which was more than I expected; he was unable to provide me with an estimate in advance because he didn't know how long the job would take. If budget isn't an issue, I'd recommend this company as they do good work. But that comes at a cost.
