Sorry you were not happy with the inspection. Although the drone would not work in your neighbourhood, other Michael took numerous pictures of your roof with a 65X zoom, being a new build we only put in 1 shingle picture. You have 25 year shingles which rarely blow off. I did offer to do a drone inspection so I am fine with coming back and doing that for you. I will call to set up a time. Checking the appliances is not part of a home inspection as you can see from the Standards of Practice that is attached to the back end of the report, appliances are not typically checked. We don't mind doing a few extra thing but that would be on request.
