Pezhman was very responsive to my needs and carefully answered all of my questions. Drawings were mailed to my home on request. Professional and helpful. Felt confidant in their level of expertise. He also assisted to try to keep within my budget.

I am taking a load bearing out. Arvin and Pehzman were prompt in providing a quote for the scope of work. They came to my house (which was out of their way) and took all the measurements necessary and were very detailed and knowledgeable. Both were very pleasant and polite, and easy to talk to. I found Rigid Frame through Homestars with high review scores and decided to go with them for my second story addition drawing and permission. Pezhman and his staffs are very helpful and enthusiastic. They got approval faster than what we expected. Their price is fair!

I can’t say enough about Pehzman and his team. They are life savers!! My wife and I decided to add a 2nd story addition to our bungalow a couple years back. Sadly, the general contractor we originally hired turned out to be a pair of con men who destroyed our home and left us in literal ruin. Yes, we were one of those horror stories you hear about on TV. Our home and all its contents were left exposed to the elements for months after the previous contractor removed our roof without a permit and left it that way, neglected, for several months until we finally took legal action against them. Not knowing where to turn to get our home rebuilt and get our lives back to normal, a contact of ours suggested getting in touch with Pehzman to assess the structural integrity of what we were left with. After consulting with Pehzman we agreed to hire Rigid Frame to address the first few steps in the process of rebuilding our home. It was apparent right from day 1 that these guys are organized professionals who can be depended on. Crews were on site every day doing a very thorough job and identifiable progress was made daily, we were impressed immediately. When it was discovered that the scope of their expertise covered all aspects of a full build out of a home, we sat down and requested they put in a bid for the entirety of our project. Their quote was competitive and the workmanship had already been proven to be excellent so we agreed to go with Rigid Frame to handle the entire overseeing of building our home. What a great decision that turned out to be! The damage from the previous contractor was so great that our little 2nd story addition now became a full build from the ground up. Everything was replaced, walls, flooring, plumbing, electrical, insulation, everything! Pehzman has the credentials to handle every step and did so very smoothly. Rigid Frame handled everything: waterproofed the basement, assessed and corrected all footings, as well as all required underpinning, produced a legal survey of the property, provided all architectural drawings, repaired all inefficiencies from previous contractors, properly framed the entire home, installed all flooring, plumbing, electrical, insulation, fixtures, entire exterior and also provided some interior/exterior design help. They truly are a one stop shop that can handle any job and get it done within the time tables they indicate. Couldn’t be happier with the decision to hire Rigid Frame to handle it all for us! A+++

Without hesitation, I recommend Pezhman and Arvin from Rigid Frame Structural Engineers Inc. and Architects. They are extremely dedicated, knowledgeable, and professional. Truly assets to the industry and engineering community. I needed a structural engineer to advise on how I could safely remove the ceiling rafter ties/joists in my residential garage to gain additional height for an automotive lift. After the initial phone consultation and fee structure was explained, Pezhman and Arvin personally made a site visit and performed an extremely thorough inspection of the existing structure, took detailed measurements, pictures, etc. and answered all of my questions and concerns regarding the design. They do not use sub-contractors to take measurements like some other firms which was very important for me. They also went above and beyond to point out other areas of the structure that would need some minor enhancements to meet the latest building code requirements. The team was always reachable and produced an excellent design for me. The drawings were provided on time and the level of detail is just incredible. We're renovating our home and made significant changes to the layout requiring removal of load-bearing walls. We don't have a general contractor so have been dealing with all of the trades/subcontractors ourselves. Rigid Frame did the plans, permit and work including exterior framing. Arvin and Pezhman are genuinely nice people and have been among our favorite people to work with throughout a very stressful and difficult process. When we had concerns about anything, they were always available to discuss, explain and fix things if they weren't how we wanted them. We now have two giant LVL beams and two steel beams and will soon have a lovely open concept house! Would highly recommend them!!

Arvin, Pezhman, and the team at Rigid Frame did a fantastic job preparing the structural drawings for the underpinning of our basement in downtown Toronto. They also applied for all of the required permits on our behalf, conducted all of the site visits during construction, and did our floor plan drawings for the future finishing of the basement. They worked very well alongside our underpinning contractor. They're super professional, easy to get in touch with, and are always available to answer questions. Highly recommended.

We wanted an open concept living and dining area and needed to remove a load bearing wall. We went through Homestars and found Rigid Frame. We initiated a contact with Arvin and I must say the first encounter was very pleasant. He gave us so many detailed information that we decided to go ahead with the project. They did the drawings, permit and eventually construction. Arvin and Pezhman are both very knowledgeable and answered every little questions we had. I know he was very busy abut was always available anytime we called. The construction went on smoothly, the trades people were very professional and Arvin was on site to check the work every step of the way. They finished the work on time and on budget and went above and beyond our expectations. I would not hesitate to use Rigid Frame on our next renovation project. I highly recommend this team for all your structural drawing and construction needs.

We were referred by a friend who used Rigid Frame Structural Engineer's for a renovation they had done. We needed a large addition added on to our existing home . There was some complicated cantilever's that needed some creative solutions. Pezhman and Arvin came up with a simple cost effective way to solve the problem. They were very professional and exceeded expectations. From the engineering, to the design and including the construction, they handled it all. They returned calls when we had questions and we always felt secure that things would get done right. I would not hesitate to use them again and will on another one of our upcoming projects.
