    Glass Install

    Received excellent services from the quote thru to scheduling and installation. We are already seeing an improvement in the efficiency of our house due to the new glass. Thank-you Simon and Team.

    26 window units replaced

    PRO: (2) 1. Simon and his team are great to have around and perform a fast and efficient job. 5 guys plus Simon, job done in 1.5 days, 2. An error was made and 1 unit that was not to be replaced was removed. It broke in the process so could not be re-inserted. Simon replaced it with a new unit for free on a second visit. CON: (2) 1. Price came in at 30% higher than another provider but I went with the HomeStars recommendation. That is not a con but the point is I wanted the best and the team let me down slightly with their attention to cleanliness. The team took a lot of risk with their poor use of drop sheets to keep debris off the floors. I found them performing very messy work directly on my thick pile carpet. I addressed the issue with the team and again with Simon but they continued the habit. I found minimal damage, but it was nerve racking to watch a disaster waiting to happen. 4 black sticky residue spots on the carpet (the window sealant, photo of 1 spot below), many spots in the bathtub, on the floor tile and on the family room hardwood. Impossible to get off the carpet, I had to cut off the strands affected, Goo Gone worked everywhere else. No lasting damage and with 26 units replaced I was amazed there wasn't a lot more, but still, use drop cloths always and properly, why take the risk? 2. I was looking forward to the big points reward on my credit card but Simon won't take a credit card payment for over $3000. It was cheque or e-transfer.

    Garden doors to the rescue

    We were very happy with the home visit, quotation process and the installation technician. All were very personable, professional and courteous. A recommended company

    Basco did an excellent job replacing a couple windows for us. They were quick & great to deal with. Will definitely use them again.

    Second floor windows restoration

    Very professional, prompt, on time, clean, orderly, respectful and joyful - didn't even notice they were in the house. The job happened in the stated time frame, didn't have any extra costs, and I am trully and completely satisfied with their work.     Replace two window panes

    The glass on two window panes on front of our house had shifted breaking the seal between the two glass panels. Basco visited site and gave us a quotation with a 3-5 week timeframe. The window panels arrived ahead of schedule and were installed. Job site was cleaned up. Everything went smoothly.

    Window repair

    I would like to highly recommend Basco, Alberta owned & operated business for any kind of window repair. They provide highly professional service with very reasonable price. There are no hidden fees or any upfront charges. In my home they replace opening mechanism on windows. They come at promising time and finish job quickly. All windows open and closes like new one.

    Great Service and would highly recommend!

    Simon, the company representative, responded to my initial enquiry promptly and in detail. He continued to respond extremely promptly and thoroughly to all emails. Simon told me that I didn't need to replace my two foggy windows in their entirety, but that I could save a lot of money by replacing just the window panes. I think the work was very reasonably priced. As I've told Simon, I am very impressed by Connor, the technician who was dispatched by Simon to do the estimate and to do the work when my windows were ready for installation. Connor is a very nice young man: respectful, wears a mask and keeps a social distance. Connor is also a hard worker and he did an excellent job installing my two bay windows yesterday. Kudos to Simon and to Connor!

    window glass replacement

    Simon and his tech arrived on time and efficiently replaced glass in 5 second storey windows at the agreed on competitive price. They followed covid guidelines...were respectful of our home and left the area clean. There was nothing for us to do afterwards. They were both pleasant, friendly and professional. Won't hesitate to use their services in the future.

    Sealed window unit replace

    Needed glass installed that I had already purchased from another vendor but couldn't get installed at the time. I call Basco, happily installed in timely and professional manner. Outstanding service.
