    Absolutely first class service- will definitely use their service again

    From getting an estimate to the completion of the repair, everything was so smooth , efficient and professional. The price was very reasonable and the installation was completed as promised and with no delays. The replacement window is exactly the same as our old one which was damaged by hail. Simon was so careful. He took extra care to make sure there was no damage to the floor, the walls and the furniture. Prior to calling Basco, I talked to a lot of other companies. Most of them would not even come to our house to give us an estimate because they don’t have the resource or manpower to replace such a big window. Overall, I would rate this experience as excellent and would highly recommend Basco to anyone who is looking for a window repair or replacement. Five stars all the way and thanks again, Simon, for doing such a good job. Byron

    Replaced cracked window

    Basco was very efficient, fast and friendly. Their pricing was great and they did an awesome job! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs windows or needs to replace a window.

    Window Repair

    We looked at replacing al our windows for a cost of 75k, instead we had a quote from Basco to see if they could replace a few panes that were fogged, a brocken window, screen damage and several hard ware issues. They did it all, could not be more happy with he quality of work and professionalism.

    Window locks repaired

    Connor came on time and was able to repair the broken lock handles on our windows without difficulty. He was a very personable young man and we would recommend Basco any time.

    Replacement of foggy windows

    Simon replaced two foggy windows in the front of our house. He responded promptly with a quote and follow up with measuring. The installation was also done in a timely manner and the site left clean. I am very happy with this service and would recommend Basco.

    Great company and service

    I called to have some windows repaired. They were prompt and efficient at getting back to me and were easy to schedule to have the repair done. It was quick And painless repair and he even adjusted some windows as preventative maintenance for me so I wouldn’t have to call back for another issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Basco for any window needs. Plus they are local . Go Calgary go support your local small businesses !

    Window repair

    I had a couple of cloudy windows where previous companies claimed I would have to completely replace them at over $1k each. We found Basco at the home and garden show where they were extremely professional explained their business and offered us a quote. Again during the quote they showed up on time and were extremely professional. Lastly, once we agreed to have them do the work they scheduled a time, and where prompt, and do the work in just in just over an hour. The windows look like they are new and it’s so great to be able to see out of them again.

    Seal and glass replacement on fogged up windows

    We had the glass and seals replaced on our old windows. Simon explained everything very thoroughly and the whole process went very smoothly. I highly recommend Simon and his team.

    Customer service was amazing

    I needed some cranks and locks replaced and fixed on multiple windows in my townhouse. Simon checked all the windows and gave me a reasonable estimate to bring all of the windows to fully functioning windows which allowed them to close with ease and save on energy bills. Job was done in a day and the entire process was easy from start to finish. I would recommend Basco to anyone.
