    Basement Waterproofing( Outside)

    This crew was awesome to work with. I set up the work with Terry and the work was performed exactly the way we planned. Actually they had an unforseen timeslot open up and were able to schedule me in for quicker service. They came with several work crews on different days but they really work well together. Big thanks to all these hard working men :Roman, Roman, Dzon, Larry,(sorry I forgot the rest of the names) who dug my property by hand and left the site clean and safe every evening. They looked after my neighbours' property as well and caused absolutely no problems., even my flowerbeds were left in tact and accessible for me to water as needed. They also determined that I didn't need a sump pump which saved close to $2000. Well done fellas. You have no idea what a relief it is to know that I can rest easy about the basement.

    Waterproofing

    I hired Direct Waterproofing for interior and exterior waterproofing and for the installation of a sump pump. Terry and his team (Sergey and Roman) were great. They were very hard working and pleasant and got the job done in a tight timeline. I am very happy with the quality of their work and would absolutely recommend them. Thank you Terry, Sergey and Roman for a fantastic job!

    Water proofing

    We had water coming in our cold cellar and back addition of our basement. From day one when I met Terry I knew right there and then he was the guy to do the job. He provides details on what they will do as well shows you the work as its coming along its honestly amazing. He is super responsive with emails and is patient to answer all your questions. His team Walter and Thomas are great guys very super friendly and respected my wife time and mine when we worked from home. Terry and his team went above and beyond and fixed our side door as well added extra support to our foundation as it was crumbling. It just goes to show they care about the work they do and I would higher them back again if needed. These guys are 10/10 recommended in my books

    Waterproofing

    I had searched for a waterproofing company for the last few months and many were extremely busy and unaffordable. I contacted Terry who was patient, very relaxed and informative on what he would do. His team of two, (Sergey and Roman) came and worked effectively and efficiently at digging my foundation and properly sealing all defects located in it. Days prior to the beginning of the project, I asked Terry if his team could dig an additional side of the house, and his response was yes. They also walked me through the addition of a sum pump and installed it with little mess. Throughout the process they updated me with photos and answered all my questions. They offer flexibility in payment, affordability and their work comes warrantied. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to have their foundation repaired.

    Exterior and Interior Water Proofing

    Our 30 year old house never had water seepage in the basement until this year due to the excessive rainfall of early July 2023. Our daughter previously used Direct Waterproofing and recommended them. Direct Waterproofing did both exterior and interior work and installed a sump pump as our issues related to a cracked exterior wall and hydro static water pressure due to an increase in the water table in our area being surrounded by conservation trails and creeks. Terry Lisevych, Project Consultant was always accessible to us and eased our concerns in providing timely, efficient, and courteous technicians. We feel confident that should further seepage occur, Terry will stand behind all the work done by Direct Waterproofing.

    waterproofing

    Terry was professional & knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of our questions. We had them waterproof one side of our house, install weeping tile and install a sump pump in our basement. The crew were well trained & hardworking. We were impressed with the effort that was put in to get through some unexpected large rocks which were in the way. He filled out all the paper work for the city rebate and also provided a 25 year transferable warranty. We would highly recommend this company. Thank you Terry & your team.

    Great company. Easy to deal with.

    Terry, and his crew Walter and Thomas were a breeze to deal with. While it took a while before the project kicked off, once they started, they were in and out of our place within a week for a 50ft+ long weeping tile system and sump pump install. I also needed assistance with permit applications, permit sketches, financing, and Terry was able to take care of all of that, deal with city inspectors, etc. Very trustworthy and professional. Highly recommend.

    Sump pump and waterproofing

    I had a basement leak and Terry at direct waterproofing was swift to act and finished the job within 5 days. Other companies were giving me an appointment just for diagnosis after 1 week but terry came positive working hours to check the problem and acted on it right away. Can't thank him enough for that and would recommend him with all my heart to everyone.

    Interior Waterproofing - Excellent Company

    We hired Direct Waterproofing for interior waterproofing of our entire basement and sump pump installation and we are extremely happy with the results. When I met Terry for the quote I knew we had found the right company for this project. Terry is very professional, always accessible to ask any questions and ensured the job was completed on time and the quality of work immaculate. His team (Thomas and Walter) were absolutely incredible. Great craftsmanship - they worked on the project like it was their own home with care, attention to detail, and extremely tidy.
