    Furnace and Air Conditioner Maintenance

    Been using S&S for years and always had satisfactory service. Service man was very pleasant and polite. They do a complete Maintenance. I am satisfied. They come on time, book the appointment to fit in my timing. and any service or concerns are answered promptly. Office staff have great phone mannerism also . Has been a pleasure dealings with S&S Thank you.

    CAUFA2418A6 Air Conditioner

    We purchased a new air conditioner last week and noticed the temperature wasn't as cold as we thought it should be. We called Summers and Smith and they sent an extremely pleasant employee (named Jim) who checked out the unit and immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it within a very short amount of time. He explained what was wrong and made sure the unit was working properly before he left. I would recommend Summer and Smith to anyone for any heating or cooling issues or to purchase any new items!! You will receive the very best service and possibly a very good price too!!!

    product and service

    My son has used Summers and Smith for many years and highly recommended them to me. the gentleman who came to my home to give me a quote was knowledgable and gave me an excellent professional explanation of what I needed. I could have had installation done two days after quote but I had other commitments so chose to wait one week. Technicians arrived on time, were polite, careful and efficient. Removal of old furnace and AC and installation of new units was completed in 5 1/2 hours by only two men. I was impressed. They were knowledgable and willing to eplain anything to me if I had questions. Like my son I would recommend this company to anyone who has cooling and heating needs.

    Difficult condo project made easy

    Needed to replace a unique boiler system in a 30 year old condo. Compared pricing and reputation of 3 companies after discovering many companies wouldnt even touch the job. Price was competitive but what made our decision easy was the reputation and references. Work was completed in a timely manner. The team on-site was professional, courteous and clean up after the job was done. Wouldnt hesitate to refer to others in the building.

    Service call

    Heat pump

    The crew from Summers and Smith were fantastic! So helpful, professional and careful to clean up at the end. We have a small furnace area and they made everything fit in neatly.

    Furnace replacement

    . The folks at summers and smith were great from the start. The estimator Geoff, the ladies in the office, the the installation crew Andrew and Helio. They even had another Andrew drop by to assist . The price was right, the crew professional and friendly. I would recommend these folks if your looking for hvac installations
