Very accomodating. Took the time to ensure all work was done, even when unexpected work was required.

Shannon conducted a leak detection test on our AC. He explained the process clearly and even showed me what he was doing and exactly where the leak was occurring. He told me what the costs would be for the repair. Shannon is a professional, personable and experienced technician. The AC was repaired and we up and running again on a very hot day. The company provided fast and efficient service in the middle of a heat wave.

While watching a friend's home, the a/c unit stopped working. As it was not my residence I called to inquire about possible causes or fixes. My call was returned within 15 minutes and the technician was very helpful and understanding of my concerns. He attended within a short period of time and completed a full review of the a/c unit as well as the vent/duct/furnace. My concerns were very much quelled and my house was cooled within the next hour with the a/c back up and running.

Air conditioner was repaired promptly and everything was explained thoroughly. The technician (Shannon) who provided the service was excellent!
