Moving Company
I hired Metropolitan Movers when I moved earlier this year from Mississauga to Toronto. The service was exception, they arrived at 8am sharp as promised and worked quickly. I was very appreciative of how friendly they were as well as how careful they were with my belongings. I had an excellent experience with this company and will use them again in the future.

Moving
Worst moving company ever, I will never recommend then. Moved out of a 1600 SQ home and they showed up with one small truck when I called them back and said I needed 2 trucks. The guy in charged told me no one is more then enough. I should have hired the other moving company where the had a 53' truck and paid the extra 300.00 dollars. Anyway when the 2 guys came they panic they tried to call the company asking for another truck, they also called others guys to come and help. This was a nightmare it started at noon until 2:30 am not only that we also had to help including my kids. They damaged furnitures and they have not replied anymore to my emails or calls. I have called some companies to see if they can fix it but the way it is broken they don't want to touch it. I told the moving company and they never even offered a credit so I can go and but something else. One dresser is discontinued now and cost 700.00 the other one was 200.00 So pay extra and hire professional.

Moving Service Company
Metropolitan Movers did an excellent job when I was relocating across the city. The staff and movers were both very polite and helpful when it came to the questions I had regarding the shipping costs and the time the move would take, making the whole process a lot easier and easing my stress and worries about. Everything was delivered in perfect condition which was due to the exceptional job that the team did in order to prevent my items and goods from being even slightly damaged. Should I ever need to move again within the area this team would be my go-to choice.

WORST EVER!!!!!! Sent us an old man and a man that couldn't speak english - we ended up doing all the heavy lifting. They insisted on packing the truck as they "have done this for over 40 years". Broke our Smart TV. Were told to make a claim and they would get back to us in 14 days. Two months later no one will return my calls or emails. I have been on hold for over an hour and a half. Worst customer service. Worst job. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! You've been warned!!!

Moving Services
I've moved many times before, and never has it been so professional and efficient of a process than it was when I worked with Metropolitan movers. I called them at the recommendation of a friend when I explained that I would be moving about 45 minutes North. She had used them for her recent move, and had a great experience. Their customer service was very good. I could tell that the person that I was speaking with was taking detailed notes and she asked me all of the right questions to ensure that the quote I received would be accurate. The quote that I got was reasonable, so I went ahead and booked them. The day of the move, the communication with dispatch and with the movers was perfect. I had initially been working within a broader time frame (between 9 and 11 am) and they called to let me know that they would be arriving at 9:30. They were right on time. The two movers that came were very professional, hard working, and courteous. I felt entirely comfortable with them moving my valuables since they packed things very well. They had my whole home packed up fairly quickly, which was a relief. The delivery of all of my belongings went just as well. They were very good with taking direction from me on where I wanted things. They made things much easier for me, and entirely stress free. This company really knows how to do things. They don't cut any corners with their staff. Every single person I spoke to with this company were great.

Moving
Moving with this company was very easy, even though it wasn't too far of a distance. The service was extremely quick, never late, only on time and early. The staff were really friendly to me and easy to talk to. The service is really reliable as everything arrived on time. They packaged everything carefully and handled everything with care, not a dent in a single item that I was moving, this includes both the larger furnitures I had and the fragile crystal decorations and lights that I keep at home. The price for the move was very reasonable, especially for the service they provide. Will definitely be using them again!

Moving Service Company
A reliable moving service, really I have experienced an outstanding service in case of moving my residential furniture to my new workplace. It was more than 500 kilometers, from Vaughan to Montreal, but the Metropolitan Movers has handed over all of my furniture very securely and in promised time. Really I'm glade to the Metropolitan Movers because of their awesome moving service. Again I will come back when I need.

Moving Service Company
I had a shortage of packing materials and needed to move quickly and efficiently. Metropolitan Movers provided additional materials and they carefully handled all of my belongings. From the time they arrived (right on time!) to the time that they left my new home they communicated every step with me. The price was great for the quality provided. In addition to large appliances I had several small, fragile boxes and everything arrived in great condition! I will definitely look for them next time I'm involved with the moving process!

moving company
I handled most of my own move, but needed some big furniture and appliances moved. Metropolitan provided boxes and packing wrap, not to mention the movers themselves were very careful and friendly. I should have used them for the whole move!

Moved to a new house
Amazing. I dont know what else to say. We decided to move last month and one of our biggest concerns was moving our valuable furniture without breaking or damaging anything. So i did some research and from the reviews i decided to go with Metropolitan Movers. I called moving companies for hours they were all very expensive, Metropolitan Movers gave me a very good quote. They are professional and highly recommended. Thanks to Metropolitan Movers, i will refer you to every i know.
