Came to clean our on demand water tank.Very efficient and professional.Arrived on time and called us before arrival.

We had a new water heater installed. Service people were knowledgeable and efficient and personable. Very satisfied with the entire process.

Furnace family went the extra mile to send somebody on very short notice to attempt to repair my furnace. Sadly the furnace was beyond repair but the technician did a great job of improvising temporary Heat. He was very straightforward in his analysis of the problem and gave me realistic options to resolve it. I would not hesitate to call Furnace Family in the future.

As an ATCO customer decided to try RUMI services and booked a service to have our older furnace checked before the usual January cold spell. Liked the idea that the company was aligned with ATCO our long time gas provider. The technician sent an email with his photo prior to arrival - a good idea in this day & age to know who is coming to your door. He was professional, informative and gave advice on the kind of furnace filter - don't need to purchase the expensive type. Will keep Furnace Family in mind for future furnace & plumbing concerns.
