Not impressed with tech Chandler! Tried to sell me a new furnace considering the furnace is not very old. Stated warranty from Carrier had run out; however, checked with another company then Carrier and he has misled me. Would never recommend or use Furnace Family in the future and I caution other consumers as well.
My furnace quit putting out heat. I called Furnace Family in the morning and they were able to have a technician out the same day. He was very thorough and professional and the failed part was replaced.
Been using them for years. Installed smart thermostats, done maintenance, fixed the occasional hickup in my furnaces. Rates are pretty good. Dont usually have to wait to long for someone to attend. Chandler is an ace with furnaces and the Ecobee thermostats and always friendly and knowledgeable.
The previous company took no Action - our heat exchangers and water heater was corroded and we were informed it was our fault because my husband does woodwork downstairs and if they done a thorough inspection they would have seen that there was bigger issues contributing to the cause- the vents were full of soot and lining was absolutely disintegrating - literally building up carbon monoxide. Family Furnace fixed everything very thorough. The techs were phenomenal - I would highly recommend Furnace Family in a heartbeat!!
The guys were great, efficient, timely and reviewed the work completed. The area was left clean and I could not be more satisfied, will arrange yearly furnace maintenance with them.
He was very professional and explained what he had done. He also checked the humidifier, and because a new pad was required, he came back a couple of days later and installed it. He made sure that everything was left very tidy and turned off all lights. He has a very nice personality and very pleasant disposition. He's a great asset to your company.
Bes and Robin did an excellent job of installing two new furnaces. They worked quickly and explained what they were doing and cleaned up before they left. The whole experience from the initial quote down to the installation went very smoothly. I would highly recommend this company and their staff.
All is good yesterday but today possible leak on water line that he replaced the value. I will phone if it leaks more.
I went with this company when I changed to a new furnace & added a A/C unit & have been happy ever since. The admin is great, the installers were great & the service techs are awesome. I have had Jeff out the past few years to check on my furnace & hes always gone the extra mile. Excellent customer service all around!
