Nick was professional, personable and efficiently solved the problem. He gave clear explanations of potential future problems with a range of detailed plans to resolve the issue (information rather than pressure). I highly recommend this company and Nick in particular.

David was our technician. The job we had was to repair/replace two sections of a burst water pipe (one Pex, one copper), and add valves to both. one of the pipes was on the inside of the house, and one section on the outside. Both were very, very tight locations. David gave us a quote, and we accepted the job. Right from the beginning David was in communication. We knew exactly what the cost was, we knew exactly when David was returning, and we knew approximately how long the job would take. David went above and beyond the job at hand, as well. He checked the pipes in the house to make sure everything looked good, and even took a look at the kitchen faucet. The job site afterwards was very clean. David even added an access panel to the inside shutoff valve. I have no hesitation at all recommending Sewer Squad Plumbing. If you're looking for a reliable, on time, excellent service contractor, then look no further. I would highly suggest you contact them!

We had a sewer problem and decided to go with a specialist and are we ever glad we did. The issue turned out to be much more involved than first imagined. This meant we met many different members of the team and each and every one was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and had a sense of humour (no grumps). They assisted us coordinating with the city to do the work that was their responsibility. I checked and checked but there is no way I could give a 6 star review so you're stuck with 5.

Good communication through the inquiry and arrival process. Technician was knowledgeable and performed a walk around first. Unfortunately, We declined several extra service offerings and stuck with the core work (Snaking the drain)After about 3 hours on site, the issue appeared to be resolved. Unfortunately it recurred this morning with the toilet backing up. Messaged the office and they sent two plumbers right away to check and perform additional work under warranty. Very please with the quality and speed of service! Thank you Mitchell and Bilal!

I had a sewage backup and the region came out cleaned out the backup and put a camera down to identify the obstruction. I was told it was roots from a tree and it was less than 1 meter from the foundation do I had to have it fixed. I searched Homestars and found Sewage Squad. Everything was second to none. Nick came and showed me the issue, send photos and estimates. They worked with me to send the quote to the insurance company to make it very easy. Today..one day later Joshua, Ayan , and Vadyn showed up and worked very hard. They did an awesome job. At the end they showed me the work using the camera. I cannot say enough about these fellas. So friendly, so nice and polite. I am so impressed with the entire process. Thanks everyone for making a terrible situation an absolutely GREAT experience.

Had root balls in my clay sewer line under my basement floor. Contracted Sewer Squad to clean the line and reline with an epoxy sleeve. Sewer Squad ran into an unforeseen problem extracting the "bladder" after the liner was cured, but sewer squad resolved the issue at no extra cost. Very pleased with the performance of Sewer Squad.
