What can be said about Sewer Squad from Ajax other than perfection. Josh, very approachable on my preferences and very professional, suggested various options to complete the job. There were 3 indoor sink faucets, 2 sink J-bends (one difficult because the extension out from the wall was very short and Josh had to rework the ABS configuration), 7 shut-offs, and 2 outdoor taps (one that had to be recessed that jutted into the driveway). Everything was meticulously done but I was also impressed at how Josh solved problems that I would never have thought possible. All the work was clean, even the neat cut in the basement drywall that actually looks fine. One other thing. The staff is incredible. They came when they said they would, gave me a text to let me know when they were on their way, and made it very easy to add things when I had forgotten a few other tasks. As I said, it was perfection. Many thanks to Sewer Squad and to Josh.

5 star service facility here. From taking my call, to booking my appt, to providing prompt updates on my appointments, to technicians walking me through the processes and their findings. It's well worth the money to do this proactive maintenance, before you end up with a sewer backup claim and a damaged basement and damaged goods.

Also they will come back and do a camera review with me and if it wasnt fixed, they would not charge me. Reason they are the best company to use hands down.

I called on the weekend and I believe an employee was sent out on the Monday. Young man was polite , helpful and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Fixed the issue in minutes with minimal mess. Would definitely use the company again.

Sewer squad did a great job repairing 100 yr old sewer pipe- cast iron which was crumbling. Job involved interior excavation and exterior digging to connect new pipe through foundation, done efficiently and with obvious expertise.

What started as a suspected sewer blockage and a simple 93$ rooting out and camera job, turned into an entire replacement of my 1884 original ceramic sewer line which was full of tree roots, breaks and comprised sections. The crew and supervisor were amazing. Each step was explained and contact was frequent throughout the 5 day process. There was much on site senior supervision. I couldn't imagine a better experience with the company in such an emergency and dire circumstances.

My son was at home when Brandon, the service guy, came by. He was very nice, professional and fixed the problem very quickly. I had a clogged kitchen sink and he did a great job. Five stars all the way.

From my initial call to the company, to be greeted by a very friendly reception to greeting Bung whom attended to our house. We were sent updates for arrival and a picture of our technical Bing whom was so friendly and accommodating, he explained everything and was very clear.
