I needed a Plumber urgently due to a clogged toilet. Nothing we tried ourselves worked. I called Sewer Squad and as soon as they picked up the phone I new I didn’t have to call around. From getting my quote to scheduling my urgent call I was already put at ease. Then came Nick F. to the rescue. Nick came in with his booties and mask and was ready to tackle the toilet. He was super friendly, beyond efficient and left my bathroom in a clean state! Highly recommend!

Nick arrived on time as planned. He was very polite, well presented and courteous. He was more than willing to show me what he was doing and why. I didn’t feel like he tried to upswell me in any way. I felt that I got what I paid for. I would totally recommend this company to anyone needing them. I would certainly use them again if the need arose. Thank you guys!!!

The toilet tank was taking a long time to refill, and making alarming noises as it did so. I had guests staying with me, so it needed speedy attention. My request for plumbing was handled efficiently and in a friendly style, a plumber (Josh) was quickly despatched. He was thorough, professional, answered all my questions, explained things well and went the extra mile.

Quick and efficient; the final price ended up being a bit more than initially quoted but in fairness they gave a disclaimer at that time that the cost may rise. So far no issues with their work, they started and finished the job quickly and did a very professional job esp with cleanup.

Plumbing emergency on a Sunday afternoon - drain clog and backup. Nick came and saved the day quickly and professionally, and even booked the follow-up prior to heading out. Easy and proficient service. Would highly recommend!

I had a basement-drain clogged. I called up Sewer Squad after a referral from a friend & their homestars review. Their end-to-end experience is amazing. It felt like everyone cares from the reception (Amy) to the Drain specialist (Nick Feder). I was given updates on when they'll arrive & was given a 40 minutes heads up. Nick is friendly, professional and most importantly thorough. Nick ran a snake down the basement drain to dislodge the white clog. He stressed test my house by running the washer & dumping water directly into the drain. He saw that it was backing up a little still & ran a longer snake. Nick did this twice, and snaked up to 105ft. Nick stressed test it once last time & even got me to flush my toilets at the same time. Nick proved to me that the drain is more or less unclogged. I say "more or less" because Nick said they'll send someone with a camera to confirm (part of the package that I paid for). Non-service related things worth mentioning: * Nick sent me a selfie after I was notified he'll be arriving in 40 minutes. * They use a company van & a uniform. Together with the uniform, it makes me feel safe I am opening my door to the right person. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could.

We had a massive sewer line collapse that Sewer Squad identified and completely fixed within a week over the holidays. The entire team (Arsen, Stephen, Nicolas, Mitch, and Michael) was exceptional and had excellent covid protocols, they were easy to work with and found creative solutions that ended up solving the issues while costing us less. Jessica is a scheduling genius and was able to book all the work seamlessly around a tight timeline. Huge thank-you to this company!

We had a leak pouring from our ceiling! Austin was very knowledgeable and found the source of the problem! It wasn’t plumbing related and he helped tremendously. Very kind and respectful of our home. He also helped us out with an issue with water temperature and explained the options and fixed the solution immediately. We signed up with the Membership and feel very relieved that next time we have an issue we know exactly who to immediately call.
