    Excellent Service!

    We had a leak pouring from our ceiling! Austin was very knowledgeable and found the source of the problem! It wasn’t plumbing related and he helped tremendously. Very kind and respectful of our home. He also helped us out with an issue with water temperature and explained the options and fixed the solution immediately. We signed up with the Membership and feel very relieved that next time we have an issue we know exactly who to immediately call.

    Clear sewege drain

    My sewer drain was clogged. I called 3 companies. I explained the problem and what I needed. Sewer Squad answered quickly and made clear specific plans so I could have the service in a timely manner and I knew when they were going to come so I could plan my day, not like other companies who made me wait and who could not commit to a specific time. Mitch who came was very professional, pleasant and did a very good job. He respected our home and left the area clean. The price was fair, there were no surprises with it and it was exactly what I was quoted on the phone. I value the fact that I was not surprised with any surcharge. Their staff on the phone was pleasant and very organized. I received information on the phone, email and text which was very practical and efficient. I will definitely use their services again.

    Excellent technician

    We called Sewer Squad for one item and were thrilled they were able to address other items in the house. Frank, our technician was knowledgeable, patient, on time and very clean and tidy. Our problems were resolved and Frank was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the company and especially Frank.

    Very satisfied customer

    Deep kitchen sink clog in my old house required new PVC drain to clear. All necessary work and related costs were clearly explained, work was done efficiently and the kitchen was left clean. The plumber was courteous, on time and professional. I would recommend this company without hesitation to anyone.

    Drain snaking after minor back-up

    My basement drain clogged up with leaves, hair, gravel. Matthew C came and cleared it out. He also explained more to me about how my drain system was plumbed in and what some of the problems were with this set-up. Sewer Squad responded quickly and their HQ emailed and called me prior to the arrival of the plumber. Snaking was $93 and this price included a follow-up drain camera appointment the next day. Excellent service.

    Sink clogged

    My kitchen sink was clogged badly two plumbers give up from different company one from route rooter finally i call Sewer squad this showed me where is the problem he unclogged within one hour I really like the service Thanks

    Plumbing Job of replacing wash basin, fixing toilet .

    Today Mechanic Josh from your company came to help us within the promised time after the first call itself.Very punctual . Patiently listens, answers all our questions. Suggested best options affordable for us. Efficient work. Very professional. Provided quote for future repair that we may want to do(if we wish). Another part attractive is the membership option. Found that Very useful . Affordable charge.

    Amazing service & Amazing turnaround time

    I placed my call to the Sewer Squad Plumbing team at 830am and by 1130am Mitch was at my house. The problem was resovled within the time specified and my wife is a happy camper. Mitch was great/amazing. He was both professional and personable and fully explained the process to me as well as the next steps. It was great getting such an amazing turnaround and not feeling gouged in the modern COVID world. I can't think Mitch and the SSP team Thank you so much

    Laundry Drain Snake

    Great work done by Matt, from the beginning to the end. He protected the areas around the sink, snaked the drain pipe, and cleaned everything afterwards. Very professionally done service, very pleased with work done. Highly recommended!
