Amazing service. We received a call within minutes of submitting a request. By the next day we had someone out to look at the issue and provide a no pressure detailed written quote with options. We had most of our basement plumbing replaced, as someone had altered the plumbing underground and it was not connected or sloped properly. The team that came out were great. They were friendly and walked us through each step of the process. It took the team 4 full days, but we no longer have a sewage smell and we now feel confident that we can finish our basement without have plumbing issues down the road. Thank you for the amazing service! We really appreciated how your team made a very large job as least disruptive as possible at a time when we were all working and doing school from home due to COVID.

I had a great time working with Matt and Amy from the Sewer Squad Plumbing. Matt was easy to work with and was very helpful. He lid out my good, better and beat repair options and gave me some helpful quotes for future work. Matt’s work was awesome and he made sure everything was working perfectly before heading out. Would definitely recommend The Sewer Squad again!

During the Covid-19 "Scary Time" We had a blocked kitchen drain and was worried about bringing someone in our house. we hired Sewer Squad, Amy at the office was pleasant and helpful in booking our appointment. The Owner Phil called us back before the appointment day and assured us that they will find and solve the problem. The work men showed up on time and were very professional, they found the blockage in our basement they resolve the issue and cleaned up. You wouldn't know that plumbing work was done. Great service, fast and reliable. We had a leak in our basement during the Covid - 19 lockdown. Matt was very professional, and quick to show up. They didn't price gauge and gave me 3 estimates of options to compare of what could be done to repair my problem. Highly reccomend

I had a leak that just wouldn’t go away. I tried a different Plumbing company but the leak returned. I called Sewer Squad as recommended by a friend. They arrived fast and were very friendly. Turns out my water pressure was to high. Simple fix. Fare price. Good service. Phil was friendly, and explained everything so I could have a better understanding. I will only use Sewer Squad for plumbing!!! Thanks.

Very pleased with both the customer service from Phil in the office and with the on-site service provided. Although the initial visit/service didn't completely solve the problem, they came back and resolved the issue. Both technicians (Vadym and Matthew) explained what they were going to do, and provided some other options/solutions should the issue be larger than expected, or in the case there might be further issues down the road. I'm happy to say that 3 months later, the water is still flowing/draining without issue. I would definitely use Sewer Squad again and would recommend them.

A hose failed under our laundry tub, and the shutoff valve wasn't working. This happened during the COVID-19 pandemic, and I was anxious about inviting anyone into our home for repairs. But Matthew was fantastic. He worked efficiently, and kept his distance. All this in addition to being punctual, flexible and communicative. Thank you Matthew!

We had very good experience with this company. From booking appointment till service . We will definitely trust and call this company for any plumbing issues we have in future (hopefully not). The technician Phil was polite ,respected the property and quickly resolved the issue . My kid dropped play dough and we call multiple plumbers in the area who were looking for quick cash . However for this company service and client are more important. The rates are reasonable . I am glad I called you

Our 90 year old clay pipes broke in 5-6 sections causing a backup of our sewage. The Sewer Squad were very professional and quick, and dug out the old pipes in the basement floor and replaced them with new plastic pipes and didn't leave a mess, even though the job was rather dirty.
