in need of a plumbing right in the middle of a bigger renovation i started the research . luckly i found phil just in time. after a short conversation over the phone, he sent out mike for assessment and i was very happy of his professionalism in describing the process. they kept their promise to arrive on time on the day we set! job got done in an efficient and clean maner!! as a contractor myself i will not hesitate to contact phil and the team for the next project!!! thank you again for all your hard work!!!

Our 40 year old single home had sewage back-up due to shifted clay pipes. After spending money on 3 different companies to diagnose with a camera and their unsatisfactory assessment we settled with Sewer squad because of their knowledge and skills to finish the job. Thank goodness we fortunately went with sewer squad and not the others: otherwise we would have blown our money away on the wrong stuff and still not fixed the problem. Phil promptly showed up within an hour of our call and started the ball rolling. Our entire sewer line from the house to the city property line was replaced using trench-less -pipe pulling technology with least disturbance to the landscape. Sewer squad crew were very respectful and answered all our questions promptly and clearly - open and easy communication. Our entire piping system in the basement were replaced as well along with a backwater valve and a new clean-out. Communicating with the city for inspection and with us no matter what time it was, lessened our stress a lot during this difficult time. Phil was very patient with our questions and concerns, and provided factual and accurate answers - reassuring. Price was reasonable - they stood by their words. When the whole job was done, not a trace of mess was left behind. Phil, Vasil and Oleg and other crew members were very sincere, worked hard and went above and beyond to complete the job well. Overall, Sewer squad made the whole situation light by their honesty, trustworthiness, respect and their technical skills throughout the whole process. I live in a basement apartment so flooding has always been a worry...and then it happened. My laundry tub backed up all over the room and then some. The person on the phone was super helpful and they showed up the same day everything was fixed before my child came home from school. Could't thank them enough, amazingly professional, friendly and efficient.

We had a sewer backup three weeks ago, we called our insurance company to have one of their preferred contractors to come to drain out the sewer water in the basement. However, after 7 hours we haven't received a call from them. Given that we have a 4 month baby at home, we cannot take the risk of having untreated smelly water in the house. So we decided to call Phil from Sewer Squad and sure enough Mike came in less than two hours after the call. Thank you for servicing our home on such a short notice. Our basement floor drains were from the original house (1945), and were quite a mess! Sewer gases have always been a problem. Recently, the problem escalated so much that we could barely stand being in the house. We called Sewer Squad and Phil called back almost immediately. He came out to give us an estimate, and showed us a detailed video of our entire drain system and sewer line. There were lots of problems with broken and shifted drain pipes, backflow damages, and unused branches to old drains and the old downspout connection. We gave Phil the go-ahead, and within a few days or so he and his crew had completed the job. The floor was broken up and the drains were replaced/repaired. A number of old branches were deleted, and a mainline backwater valve was installed. Additionally, part of our driveway was excavated to repair the damaged sewer line. After all that, no sewer gas, and fully functioning drains — wish we had done it years ago! Throughout the whole process, Phil answered a ton of questions, and dealt with us in a friendly, straightforward, and honest manner. The work was done with professionalism and great care. Experienced water backup in my basement. Regular plumbers unable to identify it. Sewer Squad came very quickly and professionally identified the problem for me with a camera and locator equipment. They were able to isolate the problem to a shifted drain pipe in my basement without having to do any digging. They came back later and dug the pipe up and replaced it in a single day's work and left the job site quite clean. Very good to deal with; would recommend them to friends and family.
