    Water service & sewage line replacement

    Phil has been the most responsive, well informed and courteous contractor to ever work on my home. He was always available to advise and explain what was going on. Every aspect of the job was handled with care, pride and professionalism. Right from the initial call to schedule a quote things seemed to flow smoothly. On site, I was given a patient, informative walkthrough of what was required and exactly how it could be accomplished. No surprises, no BS, no games - just straight up great work that happened very quickly. Excellent quality and excellent service. I could not possibly be more satisfied. It would be very difficult for me to use anyone else. The bar has been set very high.

    Water Service Replacement

    Phil is such a great guy! I contacted him on HomeStars, he came the next day and the job was done the day after. We are pretty happy with the work and he also gave us so many advice about the other projects we want to do with the house. Will definitely recommend him to anyone wants to get quality plumbing work done and will most certainly work with him in the future!

    main sewer broken trap

    Phil was friendly, professional, affordable price. The crew that came to do the work were friendly hardworking and professional They had to dig down more than 8 feet in sewage stench but never a complaint always polite when asking for water to be tested They were always smiling and friendly when I would go to check on them Thank you so much for the dedication and professionalism Thank you for a smelly job well done and in the same day Highly recommend them for any plumbing job thanks L Steele

    Bathroom Plumbing

    Smaller Managed Business = Better Quality Service. Phil, the owner is honest, really ensures to explain everything and gives you the best solution to you problem. He really puts his workmanship first, as he even fixed on additional issue he found while also fixing the initial quoted issue! Extremely pleased with the front to end service and happy to now have someone reliable to call for any of my future plumbing issues. Thanks Sewer Squad!

    Sewer line repair

    I had an excellent experience with Phil and his team at Sewer Squad. They responded right away, showed up when they said they would, worked quickly, were respectful of my time and my home. Phil was very upfront, honest and made sure I understood everything they were doing. Can't recommend them highly enough. If you have any plumbing or sewer issues, call Sewer Squad!

    Excellent Service!

    We had an issue in our basement with the drains and had been shopping around for a reliable, honest plumber. Out of all the phone calls we had made, Phil sounded the most genuine. He actually recommended we contact the city to see if they can fix our issue before using him to save cost on our end (which we didn’t even know we could do- so thanks). Phil also took his time to come back the next morning to check the work that was done, and thoroughly explained to us about how our drains work. We actually ended up using Sewer Squad as we had to move forward in fixing the issue and we are beyond pleased with the service we received!! We definitely will be using Sewer Squad and Phil’s team again! Thank you

    Sewer Drain Problem

    Sewer Squad is hands down the most reliable and honest plumbing and drain specialist company that we have had come into our home, and we have had a few. From this point forward, we will only trust Sewer Squad with our plumbing and drain problems. Phil was quick to respond to our emails and quick to show up to asset the problem, even on a long weekend. He took the time to explain in detail, the issue to us so that we fully understand the problem and provided us with the options to fix it at a reasonable price.     Fast, Friendly, Professional and Honest

    Saturday Service call on Family Day Long Weekend....who will come and fast? Sewer Squad!!! I called and within an hour we had someone in our house assessing the situation. Phil was very professional and was honest with us the entire way through the process. He was able to fix our problem and we have booked a follow up to help prevent this Clog from happening again. We are a family of 5 and need to have our kitchen functioning, thanks to Phil and the Sewer Squad we were able to get everything back together in working condition within 2 hours of making the phone call. We can't say enough about their service, especially on a long weekend when we definitely thought this would take much longer to even get someone to the house never mind fix the problem. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend Sewer Squad and would not hesitate to call them if needed in the future. THANK YOU!!!!

    Clogged main drain line

    My parents called me needing help to unclog their laundry sink drain. Turned out it was a more complex clog involving the kitchen and laundry sinks and needed the main line to be unclogged. Time to call in the pros...Phil came within an hour or so of my phone call. He was very clear on the phone explaining what the likely problem was and the potential options to correct it so that there would be not be any surprises. He promised to do his best to make the easiest and most affordable option work. And that's exactly what he did. He was very friendly and courteous and on time while on the job. Fast and efficient.     Toilet replacement

    Our son flushed a brush and it got stuck, Phil was great at trying to fish it out and then was patient while we went and got a replacement when there was no way it was coming out. Reasonable rates and willing to actually tell me what it might cost. Very friendly, quick service, no extra charge for weekend service, no dispatch charge either. Highly recommended.
