    Building an extension

    This was the best experience in ordering windows for our new extension David took the plan for the windows and doors and give me a very competitive quote. The process was seamless and accurate the windows and doors arrived on time for the builders schedule and they were perfect. I would recommend this company to everyone the customer service is the best I have encountered in a long time.

    Restoring old train station

    Panes windows were fantastic to deal with and my large order of 25 custom windows showed up in a timely manor. They are very well made windows and are exactly as I ordered them . Though 4 of the windows were fixed windows that were supposed to be casement. I contacted David and he sent out 4 new casement windows free of charge with no hassle. I would recommend Panes windows to anyone and David was great to deal with.

    Windows, Front door, sliding door

    Panes windows replaced all my windows, front door, sliding door. David Beckman provided exceptional customer service. The installers were great and I will be recommending Panes windows to family and friends. If you want best value for your $$$ give David Beckman +1 (780) 938-1001 a call.

    Great experience friendly and helpful staff

    Good quality windows, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my experience with panes windows they have the best website for customizing every aspect of your windows. The price is good and the quality of the windows are amazing. I already placed my second order with them. 100% recommend panes windows to everyone.

    Window panes replacement

    I have replaced 9 window panes this time. The quality of the panes is exceptional. The rooms in the 2nd floor used to be very hot in summer even though additional insulation has been added in the attics. After replacing the window panes, all these rooms are so comfortable, in particular to one of these rooms that is facing West where the panes were replaced with triple low-E layer with Argon gas. This room is now so comfortable even in the hottest days during the summer. The services provided by David is also exceptional. One of the panes was manufactured incorrectly and David offered a free replacement. Thank you David.

    Window replacements for main floor and basement

    Very easy and intuitive website for online shopping.. help is just one call away and the service is great! I saved a bunch of money compared to the other quotes I had.. windows look great and quality is terrific.. happy that I picked them for my windows replacement project

    The guys at Panes Window manufacturing have work ethics. It is so important nowadays! You know the install will be done right and that the product I will receive will be good! Cannot wait to receive my second window!

    Excellent service right from the start of booking consult appointment. Windsor’s made to size and installation was very professional and efficient. I will use panes again for the other projects.

    Good Product, Well Packaged, Easy to Use Website, Helpful Staff Followup

    Needed replacement pane, wanted to hire professional but all in area, not working due to COVID. Decided to replace pane myself. Ordered using online scheme without problem, but had problem knowing how to match my window the best, so phoned Panes for assistance. They provided the information I needed around what type version of coating to get which ended up matching my specific needs. They were helpful. No Delivery option available so had to drive to the factory to pick it up. The pickup went smoothly, provided help to load the window into my station wagon, and subseqent self installation went OK. Glass double pane was good value, as described, and ready on time. I would recommend the company as a good source for replacement panes. Only room for improvement would be ability to have delivery option.

    Glass replacement

    I needed just a replacement double pane window glass as one that I had broke. Most manufacturers will not sell to you directly but Panes will. Albina was very helpful and provided valuable guidance and highlighted a few valid concerns about my request. Once all the concerns were addressed, I ordered the glass through the website form. The form was well laid out and provided many options to choose from. It actually shows you the exact price of every option so that you can evaluate a few different scenarios to determine the most suitable solution. I went to pickup my glass about 10 days later and they even packaged it so that it was safe to transport in my van. I installed it that night as it was a simple job. Saved me a few hundred dollars.
