Jay did an excellent job renovation our stairs from carpet to hardwood. He took his time to fix minor details and the results were excellent. I would highly recommend jay for any stairs renovation

Jay did a great job building our staircase and delivered quality workmanship from beginning to end.

We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work provided by Kyle at Sapphire Surfaces Inc. He was very accommodating, professional, responsive and his price was competitive. He was reliable and attended our house at the time agreed upon. The renovations to our staircase ran smoothly and on time. The final product looks great. The staircase is the first thing you see when you walk in our home and we've received countless compliments on how wonderful it looks.

Kyle and Zia showed up each morning for four days and gave me the stairs I'd been envisioning for decades. Kyle colour matched two different flooring stains so that stairs leading to the basement would match that colour and stairs leading from the main floor up would match the living room stain colour. The treads and risers fit perfectly. We feel safe than we have in years because the robust railings and newel posts are in for keeps. Kyle made suggestions when we ran into challenges (we put in hardwood floor landings when we couldn't find the tile to match the basement floor). When they finished, everything was cleaned up. Finally, we found the cost to do the two sets of stairs to be very reasonable. The question above asked how likely we would be to recommend them. We have already recommended them to two friends and we have two more on our list to whom we will hand out Saphhiresurfaces cards. (Sapphiresurfaces was recommended to us by our daughter's and son-in-law's neighbours so we know there are others out there who really like their work.) Highly recommended.

I couldn't believe how big of change taking the carpet off the stairs would make. They did a beautiful job. My new stairs are amazing. There staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

They’re always on time and communicate throughout the process and set an expectation which I greatly appreciate. They Pay great attention to detail. I’ve never seen anyone care so much about their work and want to make sure you love it too. Did I mention they also make sure they work as clean as they possibly can. I’d recommend them to EVERYONE!!!

Great job on the railing. Kyle showed up at 8 am and didn’t leave until the job was done. The workmanship was top notch and overall we are very happy with how it turned out.
