Great service. The technician was very knowledgeable. Garik was friendly and efficient, and found the problem pretty fast. There are three broken parts that he replaced in a few days. The tech was promt, professional, and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

Fast, professional service. The repair specialist Igor explained everything upfront (what part is needed, how much it would cost, how long it would take to obtain the, how long the repair would take, and, most importantly, how much the repair would cost). The repair itself went smoothly - Igor had all the necessary equipment. He also took care to prevent water spill. The repair area was left clean and ready for use. It was a really good experience. When need arises, I will certainly use this service again.

Thank you Garik for repairing my electric stove. He came over to diagnose my stove on the same day that I called him. He tested all the necessary electrical components and described in detail which component was failing and what needed to be replaced. He was up front on the cost of parts and labour, which I'm appreciative of.

My refrigerator stopped working recently and I contacted Certified Appliance Repair through Homestars. Garik promptly came to my home to repair the fridge and informed me that the fan motor needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, the part he needed was discontinued. I was worried I might have to shop for a new refrigerator in the middle of a pandemic. But, within 24 hours, Garik was able to find a similar part which he was able to modify to work in my fridge. Our dryer was not getting hot , we suspected either the heating element or the thermistor. We called Certified Appliance Repair on Friday and they were here on Monday . The repair took less the 2 hours

The detergent dispenser on my dishwasher broke. I called Certified Appliance Repair, based on the good ratings that they had on Homestars, Google Reviews and the Better Business Bureau. Garit arrived within a couple of hours of my call. He assessed the problem and gave me a possible two step solution. The first step was to completely replace the dispenser unit. If that didn’t work, then the circuit board would need to be replaced. It was a laddered cost. The service charge for the initial call was rolled into the cost to replace the unit. If that didn’t work then that cost would be rolled into the cost to replace the circuit board. I decided to proceed. The part arrived the next day and Garit returned at 3:00 PM to complete the work. He worked very logically and professionally to remove, replace and test the new unit! Success, it worked! I found him to be very calm and pleasant to deal with and he left everything neat and tidy. I will certainly use Certified Appliance Repair for future appliance service and repair needs.
