I was referred to Drain Express by a contractor. One of the toilets that needed to be replaced was 85 yrs. old and required additional plumbing supplies. In addition, I received a new drain connection for a double kitchen sink and one new basket strainer. Also, I had a new washing machine that needed to be installed. Drain Express supplied and changed two valves for the washing machine and connected the drain hose to the washing machine. I was very satisfied with all the service I received from Drain Express.

Since the July 2013 storm we have lived in fear of a sewage flooded basement.. but not anymore. Walter and his crew from Drain Express just finished installing a Backwater Valve and an additional drain near our hot water heater. I wished we had have done it sooner. What I thought was going to be a huge mess with digging a hole in the basement floor turned out to be no big deal and very little disruption. Extremely tidy, efficient and so respectful and polite. Top that off with a $1250 rebate from the city (Walter takes care of the paperwork) and it is win win all the way around.

Unexpectedly the floor drain and toilet in the basement backed up. The service and promptness to my call for help was superb. The plumber scoped the drain with a camera and pulled back a bundle of tree roots that were on the citys side of the property line. The plumber took a great deal of time explaining each process as he went along. The price was agreed to at the start, before any work was done. He was able to allow my sewage system to again run freely until the city decides what they will do with their tree and its roots. There was always a reassurance by the plumber of what was happening and that the price was all-inclusive (+ tax). I could not have asked for anything more! Thank you.

Got a call from Mike on Sunday night within hours after posting help on Homestars. Said he would be over next day early morning and he was (a bit late, gotta keep you honest). Within a couple of hours, Mike diagnosed that I need a back flow valve installed to prevent city water from backing into my basement drain. He used a camera to confirm that I have no pipe issues going into the city main line. During the installation, the drain needed to be moved by a foot to allow more piping between valve assembly and main drain that would cost an additional $500, but the team was able to work around this and keep their initial quote as is. Thank you Mike and team for the quick response and same day service from start to finish. Definitely recommend these guys!
