    Stove and Fridge Promptly Repaired - Highly Recommended

    On Friday prior to Thanksgiving and all its preparations, our ten year old Samsung oven and induction stovetop failed. At midday Saturday, Max arrived and within an hour he had remedied the electrical problem and our Thanksgiving preparations were happily completed on time. At the time, we told Max about a long term problem with our Samsung fridge which wouldnt drain water that pooled below the crisper drawer. He promptly returned as arranged on Monday morning and this water drainage problem caused by a well-known Samsung design problem was resolved. Max is a knowledgeable and highly skilled service technician and is highly recommended. Electra Fix has received numerous positive reviews which persuaded us to request their service support. We are now a very satisfied customer that can confirm that these positive reviews are indeed well deserved.

    Excellent service

    The technician was very knowledgeable and found the problem with my refrigerator right away, took he fixed it. He gave me good advice too, and I will not hesitate to recommend this company and would be happy to call them again if needed.

    Dishwasher wouldn’t drain… but it’s all good now!

    Our Thermidor dishwasher stopped draining. Our machine is from 2019 and no longer under warranty so we anticipated the worst. To have a guy come from Thermador meant waiting a good week before anyone could be available. We called Electra Fix and they sent someone the next day. Max gave us a 15min heads up before he came to the door. He was professional, quick. He was honest and transparent about billing, and reviewed the scenarios so we could make an informed decision around how to proceed. Well definitely use them in the future if needed! Great job!

    Fix our Dryer please

    Max came out and fixed our dryer. He was efficient and friendly. Did a great job. Explained what the problem was and got to work. Thanks for coming out and making it such an easy-to-use service.

    Broken fridge

    My fridge broke down and the Elektrafix technician came and fixed it for a very reasonable price. He told me that if what he repaired didn't work they would come back at no further labour charge. After about one week it started to hum again so I called and they did exactly what they said. Replaced my thermostat and I paid for part only. That's pretty good! A company that stands by what they say. All the technicians are friendly and so knowledgeable. They are in and out no fuss!

    Fisher Paykel dishwasher repair

    This appliance repair company is the best! I have had two other repair companies attend previously but they took approximately two weeks to attend. Each repairman from Electra Fix who has attended is knowledgeable and professional. They repaired the engine and rinse agent dispenser. I would highly recommend them.

    Whirlpool washing machine

    Max came to repair my panel button on my washing machine. He attached the repaired panel but it did not work. Max continued to work on it and gave it his all but it did not work. Max came back the next day with a new panel board and installed it. I felt blessed to have a reliable caring repair man. Max was very professional. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and what needed to be done. It is very difficult to find good service people who really care but Max has demonstrated that he is there to support his clients Your company is lucky to have him. Because of Max I would refer this company to my friends.

    fridge repair

    I called Electra Fix for a fridge repair. I explained them that 2 companies came and and did not fix the fridge. I don't want to waste my money again !! I was charged by different companies already more than $1000. Electra fix dispatcher said that he will send his senior tech that has a lot of experience with Miele appliances . I said that It will be the last time, but I will try it. The technician who came ask me to understand what was replaced already. The technicians explained me that another part should be replaced and the tech had the part with him. The cost of the part was fair and its actually solved the issue. I am not sure that the other parts that been replaced by other companies were the correct parts. Final result the fridge is now working perfectly and Electra Fix from today will be our appliance company.
