Furnace stopped working and Frank Amirrajab was sent out to rescue us. He was very knowledgable and extremely talented at his job. Frank should be rewarded for is contributions that make Reliance shine over their competitors.

I recently purchased a system from Reliance Brampton . Nima Karimi from Brampton came to my home to promote a system to me and I am happy from his presentation and showing up at the time of installation on my home and I would definitely refer Nima to my friends and family , because he answered all the question I asked with knowledge .

Mr. Rick 0861 is a wonderful and smart technician ,he answered all my questions with patience and explained in details to me the problem that I had with my heating equipment and the burning smell .Indeed, he encouraged me to go with the heating and cooling plan ,I appreciate his time. Jim(352) from Reliance Homecomfort came to my home to fix my water heater. He was very courtesy and professional. Went out of his way to get the replacement thermostat. He also fixed the check valves. Needless to say my home has lots of hot water again. Thanks Jim

My furnace broke down on Friday and by the next Tuesday a new system was install. Excellent service from the Technician that found the issue, to the sales representative to the technicians that came today to install the unit. Very professional in the work they did and the information that they provided. Thank you Berris and Bill.

I just had Othmane (Otto) and Richard replace my hot water tank they also helped fix some plumbing that was not done correctly when i bought my house a phenomenal job! i highly recommend them!

we were having issues with our hot water tank. Artica was contracting the work, I would recommend this company, they are very pleasant and accommodating. Tyson was our serviceman, he checked our tank and recommended replacement. He was prepared with a new tank and was able to do the replacement all in one service call.

I had a few calls to Reliance because my furnace kept shutting off. Every time a technician( Robert 1191019) promptly came to the house & fixed it . On the last call, it was suggested my furnace was getting old & I should consider changing it: because of the breakdowns happening in the coldest of winter (jan-feb) I decided to take the advice of both reliance reps ( Robert & Bill Wright).The sales rep (Bill W.) was honest about pricing, very knowledgable and gave us confidence we were dealing with a good company & good service.We had a new furnace the very next day. Installers (Dan & Chris) were very polite, professional and answered all our questions. The new equipment is performing exactly as it should. Highly recommended.

I didn't have hot water running and I had to call this company, and I got help from Gurmeet and he resolved my problem with hot water, he was a very kind and friendly man.

I had an intermittent furnace problem and called Reliance to investigate. Adam (#6707) came to take a look. This was a challenging problem to diagnose as the furnace was working perfectly at times. Adam stuck with the problem, working with the manufacturer to dig deep into the problem. Adam gave great advice, kept us informed of what was happening, showed up on time, and fixed the problem. Adam was great and Reliance should be very pleased to have technicians like Adam representing them.
