I called Reliance to book a technician to relocate my air conditioning unit from the backyard to side of the house. I was very specific and spoke to two costumer service reps to reiterate that the job needed to be completed that day. I was provided reassurance it would be done on Friday. On Friday, the technician arrives after waiting 3hrs and tells me that he was booked to offer a quote only and he did not have the available tools to do the job. I again, reiterated that this job was time sensitive and needed to be done before Monday. He called Reliance and booked another appointment for today, Sunday from 8am to 1pm. He also reassured me that the job will be completed. It is now 12:30pm and I just received an email stating my service order was complete. I called Reliance and the customer representative said there is no technician to do the job today. I am very disappointed at the lack of professionalism and reliability of this company. I wouldve booked another company had I known this job could not be completed. I spoke to 3 separate people and all three reassured me that I did not need to worry. At the very least, someone should have contacted me 8am to inform me that a technician was not available, as opposed to having me wait the 4hrs for a technician to not show up.

Great work. Logan was great and very knowledgeable he checked my water heater from top to bottom. Very polite and a clear asset to the company.

We had our furnace service maintenance by Dillon. He was very polite and ensured that he didn't leave any mess. He provided amazing customer service. He offered a lot of advice and gave us a lot of information that we didn't know about. We will be asking specifically for Dillon from now on every time I call for maintenance service. Thank you Dillon for your excellent customer service!!!

Mohammad is very professional and has thorough knowledge of the equipment. He is polite and answered all our questions.

Very disappointed with their rental contract. Before you sign the contract ask very specific about their policy if you want to cancel the rental before 7 years. Also, do not expect to be contacted when your rental is up to 7 years. They do not call. I am happy I am out. It is much CHEAPER to finance and own the equipment than to pay rent for Reliance. In the long run, with the money you pay for rent, you buy more than 1 furnace + ac

After finding our hot water tank had sprung a leak, we received a service call appt the next day. Curtis and Cole came within the scheduled time, they quickly arranged to have a replacement tank delivered and we were up and running in just a couple of hours. Curtis made sure that all my questions were answered before they left. Great service. Thanks guys!

Regular yearly maintance with Reliance. Curtious, professional service. Top Notch!! I didnt have to pay anything as it was covered.

I have water heater plan coverage and Amir was here within 2 hours of my call. He was very helpful and we discussed my getting a softener, which I decided to do. Brad then came to test my water, and Kevin came the same day to install my softener and Chlorine filter. Very impressed with the professionalism of every one of these men.

Very happy with the services I received today from reliance. I was able to get a same day appointment and the technician Simeau was very knowledgeable and friendly- he fixed the problem for me in under an hour.!
