    Buyer or renter beware

    Water heater broke and I thought I could continue with previous company. Reliance took over. Didn't research enough. Can't stop renting until 84 months and you still don't own water heater. Buy out was overpriced.

    AC installation

    Our (home comfort advisor)was very informative, thorough and honest about our rental and item options available. Very plaisant to work with and would recommend her to our family and friends. Looking forward to using our new AC this summer. Thanks.

    The service man was fantastic

    The service man was very kind and answered all my questions. We have the service package so I didnt pay anything for the visit or the service. Would highly recommend.

    Furnace replacement

    Reliance crew arrived as scheduled. Very polite. Finished the job earlier than I expected. Very happy with the service

    Furnace and A/c check up

    The technician came to look at our furnace and a/c, he was very professional, he knows his job and is to be commended, for the service he provided. We had to get a plumber, because we got a large water bill. The plumber came on April 23rd, and found that there was a leaky laundry faucet. Another great service from a Reliance person. He also gave us pointers to help going forward. Thanks again.

    Hot water tank repair

    Technician was on time and very polite, quickly realized the valve underneath the tank was the culprit of the leak and had it fixed in 20 mins. Great service!

    Faucet Replacement

    Our outside faucet would not turn off and the shut off valve in the basement was stuck. Matt the technician was one of the nicest workers we have ever had in the house. He replaced the tap and valve, also fixed a leak by our water meter in the basement and as a bonus cleaned out our tap in the kitchen, giving us more pressure. Since my husband has mobility issues and could not go in the basement, Matt cleaned up everything, turned out the lights. He was so kind and polite. Great job Matt!

    Good install, terrible service

    I bought a brand new high end furnace. The sales rep was convincing, the installation was fast, but they never installed my thermostat. (they gave me a temporary one, and never installed the one I paid for). Plus the sales rep said it would be a wifi thermostat and now theyre saying it wont be. Be careful with them.
