    Hot water tank replacement

    Very knowledgeable and efficient. Showed up on time, very covid friendly, gave me options to choose from and pros and cons for both. Would strongly recommend if looking for new/replacement hot water tanks.

    Delay in repair under the protection plan

    I purchased a protection plan. The blower motor on my furnace burnt out and is covered. The part will arrive in one month to repair my furnace. This is an unreasonable delay. How could anyone be expected to wait this long especially if this was in the middle of winter. ALL positive reviews are illegitimate, the only real reviews are the low scores, buyer beware.

    Air-conditioner install

    Dylan and Chris came on time to install our air conditioner. Worked very hard to make sure everything was working right I would recommend Dylan and Chris they are very professional cleaned up before they left Went threw every thing before leaving Thank you

    Reliance

    Excellent customer service. Came out the next day and fix problem right away. Very knowledgeable and gave helpful tips and information. Very pleased to service. Highly recommend Reliance Home Comfort.

    Maintenance service

    My plan with Reliance covers annual maintenance service of my furnace. It’s always done well but today I would like to give special thanks to Method, who paid attention to every detail and answered all my questions in an expert manner.

    We Got Hot Water !!

    He was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much to shaweul for such a legendary experience. He fixed our issue fast! He came on time and was extremely respectful. Much appreciated.

    Great Job

    We just had a wonderful visit from Bill, an HVAC technician from reliance. He was extremely prompt, courteous, and informative. He provided an honest and trustworthy assessment of our furnace and its condition, and we emerged from the consultation feeling great about our decision to go with reliance.

    Water Heater serviced by Ryan

    Thank you to Ryan (Reliance) for the professionalism, on time and the high quality of work he did to make my water heater work properly. He cleaned the ignition that was very dirty and checked/ensured all the parts are still in good condition and checked if any gas leaks as well. Ryan is very knowledgeable. I highly Recommend Reliance. Thank you again Ryan for surpassing my expectations.

    Water from furnace

    Water was coming from furnace. Called Reliance and Brandon came out. Opened up furnace and diagnosed problem. Pan had melted. Very professional and courteous And adhered to COVID protocols. No charge. Just waiting on part. Will be asking for Brandon to service my HVAC unit in near future

    Furnace/AC Service

    Tom was extremely helpful! He took the time to explain and elaborate on information about my heating and cooling equipment so I understood the technical details of what he was doing. He provided great insight on tips for the future and current maintenance of my furnace and AC unit. I sincerely appreciate his attention to detail and patience, thanks Tom! (Cost of annual service included with monthly maintenance plan.)
