    Water Heater luke warm

    Only luke warm water, they quickly came our and diagnosed the issue (took 2 min) as mixing value needs to be replaced yet said they dont replace that piece and i needed to call a plumber. What a waste of time, i dont understand that they will sell and install a new water tank but the basic plumbing piece they wont replace.

    Plumbing and HVAC protection plan and rental equipment

    The plumbing and HVAC protection plans truly fell short of expectations. I called reliance for a number of plumbing needs that when finally they brought in a technician they caused new leaks that were left untreated. Their "service" caused new damage to my cabinets and they destroyed the existing plumbing fixtures without ever implementing a fix. When I called for an HVAC service, they advice was to install new equipment due to exaggerated reasons. They pushed hard to sell or rent their equipment which when compared to the market price turns out to be highly overpriced. It looks like their HVAC "protection plan" is really a way to convince customers to purchase their overpriced equipment. I have other rental services with Reliance and I regret signing up, because of how much money I have sank to their rental plans compared to what it would have taken to purchase equipment from another much more reputable source. I would not recommend Reliance to any of you home needs.

    Thermostat replacement

    Our technician Riaz was punctual, very friendly and professional. Our thermostat was defective and he updated our wiring on our furnace to accommodate the new thermostat as well as the wiring on our AC. Riaz also demoed and explained how to use the new thermostat.

    Great Service

    Neil was very informative and gave us different options regarding the replacement of our water heater. He was very patient in answering all of our questions. We were immediately scheduled for installation the next day.

    Installation of New Furnace

    Derek and Moe did an excellent job installing a new high efficiency furnace. They were polite, friendly and very professional. They showed up on time and completed the job in a minimal amount of time. In addition, they kept the job site and our home spotless; there was no trace they had been there.

    Worst company

    Continuous problem with our 2yr old AC unit and Reliance couldn’t bother to fix it or provide any solution. Continues to charge us and now wants to sell us a new machine to increase monthly fee.

    Installed a new furnace for us

    I called Reliance to have our furnace updated it was over twenty years old. I talked to Amir who was very courteous and polite,he scheduled it the next day .It was installed by two professionals Mark and Manny they had that furnace in no time very polite and informative guys.I would recommend them to any one , thanks reliance for having top personel in your company..Very satisfied Al.

    SmartAir 1000 Furnace & Air Conditioner

    We were in desperate need of a new furnace as ours was very old and outdated. Called Reliance and had John come over in 2 days and look at our old furnace and talk to me about a new one and different plans and options we could go with. I felt extremely comfortable and at ease with him and felt very secure about my choice - I never even thought of a different option. I was beyond thrilled to find out we could even have central air in our home (never had it in my life) and it was only an extra $40. Would absolutely recommend both John and the installers as they were AMAZING. So incredibly satisfied with our new system and would recommend to anyone and everyone.

    Hot water heater repair, annual furnace/AC inspection, quote and installation of humidifier

    I am very impressed with the workmanship, professional and helpful manner, clean up, explanation of work completes of the advisor and all 3 of the technicians who did the work for me. I also received a follow up call from the advisor to ensure I was happy with the installation of the humidifier. Once I did have to wait past the window of time allotted for the arrival of the technician but the other times were prompt. I would highly recommend Reliance to family and friends.

    Tankless Water Heater Service

    Excellent service by Daniel . He cleaned my Tankless Water Heater with precision. Phenomenal quality of work. Daniel explained each and every single step of his work. That was very satisfying. Daniel is an asset to Reliance.
